Everything's fine nice big room 👍 Close to metro station and Camo Nou stadium .

Sauna is being charge they didn’t mention in trip.com 16£ per day

Choose this hotel as it is near the Airport line metro, I needed not to change metro from Airport. The room was big, clean though old style interior design. The breakfast restaurant although big, the food choices were not that many, some smaller 4* hotel I stayed in Spain before had much more choices and better food than it. The lobby area should had be treated with mosquito spray as me and some guests were bitten hard in that area.

Nice big hotel

We booked our break for our 1st anniversary and also my birthday, we booked a double room for our stay on arrival we were told it was with 2 single beds and if we wanted a double bed we would have to pay an extra €40.00 which obviously we agreed as it was our anniversary. We were then told that we would have to pay a extra €60.00 for parking in the hotel car park. Then we were told we would also have to pay €14.96 taxa touristic and €6.64 for impuesto auto. BCN to in total we had to pay an extra €121.60 witch we hadn't budgeted for . In the hotel advertisement it stated that there were a lot of restaurants and bars in walking distance this is not true in fact there is nothing apart from KFC and McDonald's there is no restaurant in the hotel it is a snack bar which you have to order from the bar . On two occasions we had to report people smoking ***** in the room below us consequently the smell was in our room, when we reported the first time they said the people would be getting billed for the cleaning as smoking in the room was not allowed we did tell them that it was ***** and not just smoking ,we reported it the following day as it was still happening and they just said they would be billed but it kept happening they had no concern for us or other guests Our stay was made uncomfortable by the additional cost and not getting the stay that we were expecting Hoping for a reply from you as soon as possible Mr and Mrs Routledge

This hotel is good in every way, especially its community is really good. You can eat and there are many supermarkets within a few steps. There is also a laundry room. After staying for a few days, it would be very comfortable if you can wash your clothes. Although it is more expensive, it is really cheap compared to the laundry service in the hotel. The biggest problem with this hotel is that the guest rooms are really bad.

The lobby is very clean, the service is thoughtful and meticulous, and the breakfast is very good and rich and varied. A small suggestion for the hotel is that the toilet is not clean and has a peculiar smell!

Facilities: first class Service: Warm and thoughtful

The room is very spacious and clean. However, it may be a bit noisy if you stay in a room facing the main entrance of the hotel. There is the sound of people getting in and out of cars, closing car doors and chatting at night. But the location is very good, close to the station, overall very satisfied. I will choose here next time.
