Hotel Granvia

In general everything was OK. The Hotel was in a very good location. The reception personnel was always helpful and kindly. The rooms were cleaned every day. Small cons but beneficiary for the hotel to improve: - The elevator door didn't had the security sensor, - The corridors had some kind of smell, maybe from some kind of detergent used, - The bathrooms were very tight. The water from the shower find the way out from the cabin, through the door and on the laminate. The bottom of the door and the laminate is damaged underway.

Perfectly situated near several bus and metro station. And Aerobus to airport is just less than 10mins walk away. From the hotel, you can easily walk to a few tourist spot or even do your shopping with ZARA just right at the corner. Arrived earlier than check in time and the hotel was kind enough to offer me a room without extra charge. I’ve requested for a quiet room and a quiet room is exactly what I get. Room can be a tad small but comfortable enough for a wonderful sleep.

Hotel Granvia enjoys an unbeatable location—just a stone’s throw from the Metro station and within walking distance of many top attractions. It’s a convenient and safe area, ideal for both first-time visitors and seasoned travellers. The staff were exceptionally friendly and proactive, offering helpful travel tips and going out of their way to assist whenever I had any issues. Their enthusiasm and genuine care made a real difference in my stay. Unfortunately, cleanliness was the major letdown. A strong odour coming from the pipes of the bathroom was unpleasant and hard to ignore. Additionally, the fridge wasn't working properly—it wasn’t cold, and there were visible dirt marks inside. These issues affected my comfort and left a negative impression. Hotel Granvia 地理位置優越，距離地鐵站僅幾步之遙，步行即可抵達許多熱門景點。這裡交通便利，安全可靠，無論是初次造訪或經驗豐富的旅行者，這裡都是理想之選。 工作人員熱情友好，積極主動，提供實用的旅行建議，並竭盡全力幫助我解決任何問題。他們的熱情和真誠關懷，讓我的入住體驗與眾不同。 遺憾的是，飯店的清潔度是最大的敗筆。洗手間管道裡飄出的強烈氣味令人難以忍受，難以忽視。此外，冰箱工作不正常——不冷，裡面還有明顯的污漬。這些問題影響了我的舒適度，給我留下了不好的印象。

Amazing hotel comfy bed and great location. Highly recommend
