Reviews of Sercotel Caspe

At first, we were given a room on the first floor, which was very dark, with a view over the roof. The bathroom had a very strong smell of cleaning chemicals that could not be aired out, so we asked for a room change. We were then moved to the third floor, which was much better – brighter, with a view of the street, and generally fine. However, the cleanliness of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired. There was a lot of dust in less visible places, the bathroom floor was not properly cleaned, and both the shower and bathtub would benefit from a thorough cleaning and refresh. Overall, the hotel is pleasant, but cleanliness definitely needs improvement. Breakfasts were very tasty, although we missed having fresh vegetables.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, with subway and bus stations nearby, making transportation incredibly convenient. The rooms are quite spacious, comfortably accommodating two adults and one child. Cleanliness was excellent. Additionally, a large supermarket is just a short walk away, which was very convenient for our daily needs.

There’s dust and mold… and the towels were stained and quite dirty. Location is good - walkable distance to Sagrada Família.  As for the reception staff, somehow the ones we met in the daytime were welcoming and friendly, BUT the one we met at night was rather rude. Given the room price, there should be better options.

The hotel room didn't even have a window! For a 4-star hotel charging over 1000 RMB a night, it simply doesn't justify the price. I definitely won't be booking here again.

Room is good, breakfast is good too. Location is great as many attractions are in walking distance. But we had problem with bed, its not really queen bed but 2 joined small beds & they keep moving apart causing issues while sleeping.

Amenities included a toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, comb, and a kettle. Overall, the service was good.

Location: Not close to subway but ok for us as we walk or Uber. Bakeries and supermarkets are many around. For Chinese, there are Chinese (Wenzhou) restaurants around 10-15 minutes walk away. From airport bus stop at Plaza Catalyuna, it's about 20 minutes walk away.  Extra: Pay tourist tax at hotel counter. 

Located is closed metro subway and attractions points. We stayed four nights after cruise. We will come back again.

Easy checkin and checkout. Bed was noisy but comfortable. Bathroom could use a renovation, faucet very worn aswell as shower doors.

Hotel was quite clean and very spacious. I didn't like the fact that they would charge for water tea or coffee beyond the first night, that didn't sit well with me.

Surprisingly the pillow and bed are very comfy. Room is a little bit old, no USB/USBc sockets. Bathroom was quite disappointed as it’s also quite old with broken shower head holder and wobbly toilet seat, yet it’s satisfactorily clean. Breakfast was very nice and generous. staffs are helpful and it has a good and safe location. Quite a few big supermarkets and bakeries/cafe nearby.

Friendly hotel staffs. Provided excellent recommendations on restaurants and neighborhood. Assisting call taxi and directions  Closet drawers not depth enough to be useful.

This is a great place and I highly recommend staying here. The location is incredibly convenient, the rooms are very clean, and the front desk service is excellent. It's the perfect choice for any trip, and I highly recommend it if you're visiting the area.

It’s very close to my business meeting place. The way check in total deferent through online ( we can choose that has an option.
