Hotel is near the port so it was perfect for our pre cruise trip stay. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly

Ms. Joana made our stay extra comfortable and safe! She was very accommodating and helpful especially for teaching us how to get to places. I bet she can teach how to get around the map with her eyes closed 😄 also be sure to visit Ramen House Izakaya for yummy ramen and pinoy foods. Will be again again! One of the best places you can stay at if you want to be in the center of everything. No dull moments, it's always lively there.

Location was nice. The plaza was very convenient. Rooms were not the cleanest or it could have been just cause they’ve been heavily used and not maintained well.

I loved the staff but it was very noisy. But for one night it's okay and they have the best price.
Next year I'm asking for a room in the back. It's near the port, the restaurants.

I was not even able to get to the hotel because there is no access by car. To go there I'd have to walk with suitcases and I am simply not able to do that. When I called to get information about how to get to the hotel the lady who spoke with me was not helpful at all. I cannot say anything about the hotel itself because I was unable to even get there.

Courteous and very accommodating staff. Very conveniently located in close proximity to the major tourist landmarks.Abundance of dining options in the area. The room is snug, but very clean.

It was only an overnight stay after a cruise. I lost an item during the afternoon and the staff did everything they could to try help me locate it. Sadly to no effect.
