The window glass is broken while at 1st check-in date, which was reported to service counter in due course.
However, plenty of restaurants are nearby that it is very easy to get the food

Excellent location, close to train and metro station.
Air con was not working effectively, apartment was a bit hot. No room service provided, but it’s fine for us. Not enough toilet paper, have to pay for extra.

酒店前台是一張亞洲面孔，一副**的服務態度，預訂的兩房公寓，給了我們一個大房間*1.5米床，一個很小房間*1米床，客廳沙發邊加了一張彈簧床，這根本不是我們預訂的房型，去跟前台溝通，説太晚了也沒有別的房間了，衹能第二天給我們換，第二天還要收拾行李寄存後出去玩，很麻煩，好在給我們換成我們預訂的房型了，小房間應該是兩張1.2的床，如果不是去找他們理論，不去找他們就糊弄過去了。酒店位置好，服務差，設施一般，性價比不高。

Stayed here second time. Location is good . 5 mins walk from Barcelona Sants main railway station and Palace De Sants Metro. Lots of restaurants (including Halal ones) opposite the road. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Note: no washing machine. No coffee capsule no tea bags no sugar no salt no drinking water provided.. that’s disappointing.

We choose this accommodation, 2 rooms apartment because of the location which is very near to the Barcelona Sants station as we need to board early morning train. There is also metro station nearby. We arrive early in the morning before the check in time, we we allowed to left our luggage before check in and refreshed ourselves there.

4 mins walk from Train station, great location.
Rooms are not as described and the room pictures are not as shown. Booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 people, as the booking details said including 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed. However, we'd received a room that was missing 1 single bed, it ended up one of us needed to sleep in the living room on the sofa bed, which is not my initial idea when making this booking, we don't want to sleep in the living room!
As we talked to the receptionist, it was very disappointed that they were not able to make another arrangement for us!
Honestly, I would have booked the 3 bedroom apartment because we don't want to sleep in the living room or on a sofa bed.
Due to the incorrect room pictures, booking information and inappropriate arrangements makes this an unsatisfied stay.
