Generally, except its front desk, everything is terrible!
Firstly, the hotel insisted that rooms are only available after 3pm, which definitely violated what was posted on the website. Secondly, due to this reason, the front desk agreed to refund all the fees, and replied to me that I am free to go, everything would be handled properly on website.
However, what they did was just ignoring all my request and the boss refused to cancel my order when I leaved.
Meanwhile, the front desk continuously replied that the fee would be refunded. But what I received is rejection to the cancellation, by the hotel’s boss.
I am not sure if the hotel is too terrible to catch any travelers, that their boss continuously refused my application, even though the front desk agreed so, which really cost my time!
Moreover, the boss’s explanation is ridiculous! He said it is because it was at the same day of checking in, and I am not at the hotel now.
Of course, I would not cancelled it if I didn’t know that they could violate the policy. Also, I am away because the front desk promised so. Shameful of the boss!
Does it because he thought I wouldn’t be back to handle all the things and forgive the refund?
I am a tourist, not a sitting duck!
