Because half the time the machine is broken. There was a phone at the front desk, and they said they had to call if they had any questions, but no one answered. There were 5 of us in the group, and we tried to pass passports back and forth. We also tried manually entering messages and names separately, but nothing worked. Fortunately, the front desk came to work at that time, yes, came to work at noon. Helped us register at the front desk, changed some information, and we can check in and get the room card on the machine. But we found that the rooms were two rooms on the second floor near the garbage room. We asked the front desk why they were not the rooms with balconies that we had booked before, and we were told that they were all full. Hint, this older woman is the most unreasonable and arrogant I have ever encountered in Spain. After I checked in, I contacted Ctrip and said that the room type did not match. Ctrip's customer first replied that the rooms were full, but after checking on my own, I found that rooms were available and available for booking. After I booked a free refundable room, the other party said I could change the room. . . . . But after 3 days, fine. We were working a few days ago, so we just slept at night, and it would be nice to change it for the next two nights. At critical moments, Ctrip is still reliable. Meeting such a foreigner will really piss you off. The real nightmare began. On the third day, when we checked out at 11 o'clock on time to change rooms (other hotels in Spain check out at 12 o'clock, I don't know why they always check out at 11 o'clock), we were told that we could leave our luggage here, but Check-in for the new room must be after 3 o'clock. No problem, we left our luggage and went shopping. I came back around 5 o'clock in the evening and followed the prompts to perform self-service check-in on the machine, but an error message appeared. . . . There are all kinds of problems again. . . I started calling the front desk, but no one answered. . . We contacted Ctrip at the same time. Ctrip tried for a long time and said that it could not contact the other hotel. . . . After trying for more than 5 hours, no one answered the phone! ! ! ! ! ! We didn’t have a wash or change of clothes, and all the shops here were closed after 10pm. . . . . . The only good thing is that Ctrip was still in charge and helped find a nearby hotel, and the four of us made do with it all night. The next morning, Ctrip notified us that we had contacted the hotel. They would go to work at 9 o'clock, and someone would receive us and help us check in at the hotel. Because we were anxious to get back our luggage (one of our friends needed to take medicine regularly every day) and we had no power supply, we came to the front desk at 9 a.m. and waited for more than an hour. The older receptionist took the Drinking coffee, he came in arrogantly. The most hateful thing is that she refused to admit that there was a problem with the phone and said that she had never received a call. I took the photos and videos I took while communicating with Ctrip. In addition, I also had local friends in Spain and the hotel where I stayed temporarily to help call all their official contact information, but they couldn't connect. So she said sorry? ? ? ! ! ! It's terrible, self check-in, if there is any problem and they don't answer the phone and can't be contacted, it's a nightmare! ! !

It's not the same place as where you placed the order, so you need to walk some distance. The old house is located in the city center, with many restaurants nearby and convenient shopping. The various equipment in the room were not easy to use, the bath water was mediocre, and various supplies were lacking.

The location is very good, only a few dozen meters to La Pedrera, and only a few dozen meters to the nearest subway station, which is 2 stops away from the main entrance of the Sagrada Familia. The room is spacious and the facilities are clean. It is worth choosing again.

The hotel rooms are beautifully decorated with high floors. The hotel is in a very central location, which makes it easy to travel, shop, and eat. Hotel front desk service is warm. The parking lot is not far from the hotel and walks across the road for about 5 minutes. It needs to be stamped at the front desk of the hotel. Parking in Barcelona is not very cheap. In addition, the hotel has a washing machine, although it has a drying function, basically do not waste time drying. There is a coffee machine but no capsules. It is recommended to provide at least 2 complimentary capsules during check-in.
