Booked 4 nights in this place for me and my mom. Worst decision ever. As soon as you step inside you are greeted by a strong smell of mould. The floor in our room was dirty, the walls were stained. Dust everywhere, the paint on the doors and windows were falling. Rust was everywhere, the beds looked like hospital ones. Tried getting in touch with whoever was the administrator of the place to ask for " Hoja de Reclamaciones" a legal paper where you can put complaints and never received it. Stay away from this place as it's not worthy.

The guest house was cold when we arrived at 14 o'clock. Our room was noticable colder than it was outside which was 13°C that day in sunlight. We visited in January. After 20 minutes of being in the room in a winter coat and boots, we started to feel our limbs getting numb because of the low temperature. Such conditions are dangerous to health and life. We tried to resolve the situation by contacting the owner by *********** chat. We were offered the help of a technican while we were at a coffeshop to warm ourselves. When we came back after 2 hours it was as cold as before. That was when we decided to seek accomodation somewhere else since it would be worse during the night when the temperature drops. On top on that, the place was not cleaned properly. There were spiderwebs under the celling. The walls and furniture were covered in brown stains and the floor looked as it has not seen cleaning in a long while. The bathrooms were discolored and smelling badly. The "kitchen" (fridge) was not clean at all. Not to mention the flawning paint on the door and windows on the whole property. When we contacted the owner regarding these issues the owner insisted on that the place was spotless, which it clearly is not which you can see for yourself in the pictures attached. When we went back to get our things, the owner contacted us that she will arive in 15 minutes. This never happend. Instead the so called "technitian" arrived. After these lies, and the fact that this place is in no condition to be rented out we decided to search for another place to sleep. A huge waste of money and time, since they were unwilling to give us any refund.
