Gorgeous Hotel with brilliant amenities, Pool was spotless and Pool bar was really good with plenty of options drinks, coffees, ice creams, pops snacks etc. Food in restaurant was 10/10 staff were so friendly. Breakfast was included for us and it was a great range of choices every morning everything so fresh and delicious. Apartment was super spacious and air con was amazing! shower was so nice too… Just a 3/4 min walk to the lake front where there’s plenty of restaurants with beautiful views and the ferry stop too for transport to adjacent towns :) We will defo be back

Amazing resort and very clean with beautiful flowers and well kept gardens. Lovely pools. We stayed in an apartment which were fantastic and spacious with sun loungers out in patio area! They were very well equipped and modern with everything we needed. The staff were also amazing so thank you for our wonderful stay and we will definitely be back.

Nice big pool area with lots of slides, kids love it, lots of lifeguards also. Room was ok and clean. Hotel/camping area was well kept and nice. Breakfast quite poor with very little options. Hotel restaurant was awful, avoid it like covid infection. We are not picky eaters but pizza was the only thing that was eatable there, better restaurants near by. Location ok but lazise or bardolino would be more convenient and livelier places to stay if going there again.

Excellent hotel for families. Lovely clean spacious apartments with outside area for dining and deck chairs. Two bedrooms and bathrooms and kitchen area cleaned daily. Comfortable beds. Nice kitchen area with all utenils for cooking and microwave and fridge. Breakfast daily- it has the usual. Pools great for children, slides etc. Large pool shared with camp site so need opens 9.30 need get there to get deckchairs. Other pool for hotel residents only and is less busy and deeper, hotel provided pool towels Lots of deckchairs. Lifeguards always on duty in both pools. Icecream and snack bar at larger pools, clean toilet facilities at large pool. Lovely playground for children. Bouncing castle etc on campsite side need to pay a fee but children loved it. Soft play area at hotel but its out of site (upstairs above reception) so doesnt get used much, also would recommend kids club to be at poolside so more kids can get involved- again ifs out of site. Restaurant on site was ok. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is great for young families, cisano itself is very small, if I was coming again I would rent a car. We did use buses and ferries daily but buses were always late and busy anns ferry service isnt great to cisano-6 ferries a day. Lazise is beautiful and has loads for children and gardaland short bus ride. Supermarket at hotel on campsite side its expensive so we used supermarket 1km away near Bardolino bigger and cheaper. Lake fab to swim in and campsite has area that hotel can use beach type area across road, not great but easy to jump into lake off walkway. Kids mini disco was great- staff wonderful but again it was a bit out of the way, would be better closer to reception.

Travelled here as a family of 5 in August. The Sisan side of the resort is lovely, very clean, rooms are a good size, good selection at breakfast. Rooms were cleaned every day which I wasn't expecting The separate pool you get for staying here is an added bonus, no sunbed wars, very chilled The Cisano san vito side of this resort is manic. The pool with the slides was absolutely rammed and far too busy, but having the separate pool meant you could step away from it and relax. Cisano town is a few minutes walk away and has a lovely selection of restaurants and a gelato shop. There is also a ferry taxi here which will take you most places around the lake. Buses are easy to use too

We love Sisan. This was our second consecutive year going. Lovely pools & slides. Zumba and exercise classes each day were great. We also attended the foam party this year which was fun. We ate in the restaurant a few times and food was good. We vebtured down to the lake (2 minute walk) for more restaurants and one evening got the boat (boat stop about 3 minute walk) to Bardolino to explore. Sisan is very well located. We would highly recommend.

We were a family of four - two children age 8&6. We had a fantastic time in Sisan Family Resort. The apartment is small, very clean, modern and bright. Room service was very good with change of white towels when needed. Pool areas were fantastic and we enjoyed having the luxury of visiting the slides but also having a quieter base in the private hotel pool. There is no rushing for beds in the morning. Breakfast is fine but I would’ve expected more fruit as a choice. I’d love to see bananas, melons, strawberries, grapes etc. I think the entertainment could be clearer for kids. We did take a photo of the weekly bulletin but often forgot due to being at the pool. Reminders from entertainment staff would be great. Just a small issue obviously. Cisano itself is stunning - take a walk down by the lakeside. The restaurants here are fabulous and were some of the best meals we’ve ever had! The ferry port is extremely handy and the bus runs to either end - Bardolino or Lazise/Peschiera just opposite the Carpark of the hotel. Going to book next year!

We spent 10 days here in May 2025 and had a great time! It is perfect for families with young children, my son was 4 and loved the on-site playparks and pool. The evening entertainment was a bit late for him as it was on around 8pm which is after his bedtime. Our apartment was clean and spacious, our only grumble was that the sofa wasn't very comfortable for chilling on in the evening. I saw on another review that the floors were cold underfoot so I took slippers which I was grateful that I had. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We rented a car so took advantage of the car park which was great. The pool is amazing with lots of areas for playing and a baby area too. The pool is shared with the campsite next door however there is a private pool for Sisan resort guests only which we didn't use as it was a bit cold at this time of year but nice to know it was there and much quieter. It's just a stones throw down to the lake where there are some lovely restaurants, a couple of shops and some lovely walks. The onsite restaurant was really nice and the staff were nice too. I had read mixed reviews about breakfast but I actually really liked it and the breakfast staff were really lovely, we always got a smile with them every morning. We would definitely return however after chatting to someone who was staying in the campsite next door, they had a 3 bedroomed log cabin and paid £2,000 less than we paid for a 2 bedroomed apartment which horrified us a bit so if we do return, we'll be getting a cabin in the campsite!

The restaurant in Sisan resort is perfectly located next to the pool and is suprisely good ! Great staff and very friendly managers, i recommend it. Pizzas are really good and my favourite is the fritto calamari. It's great with kids and so easy when you are staying in the campsite.

We have spent here four nights at the season opening. We came to know it was only second day of operations in 2025 hence, perhaps, some specifics will change. Pros: - very clean and spacious rooms, perfect for families. - good location and parking availability - for lot of luggage, trolleys available - friendly and helpful staff - superb playroom for kids Cons: - poor breakfast options, you would expect much, much more choices - it was still beginning of the season, therefore it was not super hot (nights around 10*C) and there is no central heating in the rooms nor any towel dryers. it forced us to use aircon in heating mode whole night as the floor was super cold and first night was not something extremely comfortable Maybe later, during the season the experience is better. It was not bad, but need to be aware that you will not get top notch breakfast and you will be cold in your feet at the season opening ;)

Pros: apartment is modern and clean, and daily housekeeping service is good. Pools are clean and slides are great for kids. Food is fine, handy to be able to takeaway from the restaurant in the evening. Good location for going to gardaland and movie land (bus will take you there if you don’t have a car). Cons: beds very uncomfortable and bedding is poor. Shower is tiny. Couch in living area is uncomfortable and there are no cushions or lamps, not pleasant to sit there in the evening. Main con for us - kids club and play area is really poor. Every day different variation on colouring in, barely any toys at all, people who work there seem very inexperienced. Our kids really disliked it.

Just returned from 11 nights in a 2 bedroomed apartment (which is like a bungalow), a sofa bed in the lounge area a small kitchen area with everything you need for a short stay (although we ate out each night or had takeaway pizza). Microwave, grill and hob, kettle and fridge with small freezer at the top. There is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a door out to the patio area, a large double bedroom (which does need a full length mirror and the dressing table mirror moving...when you sit at the dressing table you are looking into the tv screen as the mirror is too high) and a bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and sink...not a lot of space to "put" things in the bathroom but we managed. There are separate pools, hotel guests can access the smaller pool and you can usually get a bed by this pool....although it was getting busier as we left. My kids didn't really use the slides (they are 13 and 17) they were happier playing ball or just chilling in the hotel pool. There are times when the pool gets a bit crowded with large inflatables (some families seem to need a massive crocodile or slice of pizza each!) There was a race each morning for beds by the slides pools as the gates open at 9.30 and these are accessible for the campsite as well as the hotel guests. There is no putting towels down the night before! The areas were clean and well "lifeguarded", the entertainment crew were good for younger kids but the same tunes at the same time each day did get a bit monotonous. The food in the restaurant was good, breakfast is usual hotel breakfast, don't expect a 'full english', there is bacon and eggs, cereals and continental options. We had one meal on an evening too and we all enjoyed it, there are lots of restaurants around the lake within a 5 minute walk, you may need to book as the better ones do get busy. Staff at the hotel are all very helpful and will do all they can to make your holiday a great time. The area is lovely and we did hire a car for 3 days and visited many other places including Verona, Malcesine, Peschiera, Torri del Benaco and Desanzano.

Very clean and modern apartment. My only criticisms would be that the beds were hard, only one pillow and the shower cubicle too small to comfortably move around in. Breakfast continential with some cooked options (eggs, bacon). There is a pool for Sisan only and you can use the camping pool with the slides. Very close to everything. In between Bardolino and Lasize. Very few British families though and not much entertainment wise for older teens.

Just back from a fabulous family stay. There was a group of 9 celebrating some birthdays. The apartments are lovely really modern, big space inside and lovely outdoor area. The pools where lovely the kids loved the slides it was a big bonus having another pool just for the apartments it was quieter. The sun loungers were a bit uncomfortable I would have liked cushions on them. The staff really made this trip from Monica In reception who was amazing to Elena at the pool our kids loved her, giuseppe in the restaurant was great always looked after us. The food was lovely breakfast was really good better than expected. The pool bar could be laid out a bit better but still was very good. The lake and some gorgeous restaurants were only a 5 minute walk away really a perfect location. Maybe the only thing I would say not too suitable for older people my parents enjoyed it but would not be rushing back.

Absolutely brilliant - we went as a family of 11 celebrating two birthdays. The place is spotlessly clean, staff are so nice. Facilities & the kids club are very good. Pizza making, treasure hunt etc. 4 minute walk to Lake Garda with nice restaurants. Lovely walking along to lake to neighbouring towns. Would highly recommend. We loved it. The pool is the best I’ve seen - slides etc catering for all ages.
