Owner promised parking on premises then changed when we got there. The room was on top floor with only access from the roof. No bed sheets or pillows shower not working properly, we were supposed to stay for 4 weeks left after 4 days paid more than originally quote on a different card. Then I received a fraudulent charge on the initial card for the entire stay that I never authorized. Which I disputed and had reversed. From his actions the owner is dishonest and unprofessional.

Che bella sorpresa abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida struttura del dodicesimo secolo ben arredata un giusto mix tra antico e moderno propietari molto disponibili ad ogni nostra esigenza dispone di parcheggio all’interno della stessa struttura che in un centro storico non è per nulla scontato da consigliare certamente a tutti!!!!!!!!!

Un posto veramente fantastico abbiamo passato con tutta la nostra famiglia un fine settimana in questa dimora del dodicesimo secolo arredamento mix moderno antico molto piacevole i propietari ci hanno coccolati in tutto e per tutto ad ogni nostra esigenze pronti ad intervenire il fatto di avere un parcheggio privato nella struttura aiuta moltissimo trovasi la struttura nel pienissimo centro storico da un pizzico in più alle altre strutture nelle vicinanze da consigliare sicuramente......

Stanze luride, non funzionanti e senza accessori. Ogni tanto sbucava il proprietario e metteva pressione ad andarcene quando non era ancora arrivato l’ora di check out. All’inizio era simpatico e poi scorbutico. Ci aveva promesso una stanza da 50mq per festeggiare il capodanno e infine abbiamo mangiato per terra. Ah aggiungo che la mia stanza puzzava di fumo e ci ha fatto portar via la pattumiera a fine soggiorno. Adios.

Sin dalla prenotazione della stanza ho avuto modo di conoscere il proprietario Leo che si è mostrato da subito cortese, disponibile e simpatico. Una volta entrato in camera ho trovato tutto meravigliosamente curato, dalla mobilia (curata nei minimi dettagli con stupendi tappeti persiani, parquet in legno scuro, 2 divani in pelle con comodissimi cuscini ricamati, un bagno super estetico in vetro satinato molto raffinato ed elegante ed un letto magnifico colmo di cuscini morbidissimi e lenzuola in tinte autunnali) alla pulizia (in camera sin dall’arrivo si sentiva odore di pulito e nessuna traccia di sporco o di polvere). La location poi … in pieno centro storico, luogo magico. Inoltre se aveste appetito durante la notte ci sono anche dei distributori automatici fuori dalle stanze. (Tv e Wi-fi in stanza perfettamente funzionanti) ENTUSIASTA ED INNAMORATO DI QUESTO B&B. GRAZIE E A PRESTO 🤍

Una ottima esperienza che sentiamo di condividere che tutta questa comunità situato nel pienissimo centro storico dove ci sono tutti i monumenti da poter visitare camere spaziose e pulite parcheggiato in loco ristoranti di proprietà dove si può mangiare pesce fresco o carni di una qualità eccezionale esperienza da ripetere sicuramente lo consigliamo a tutti

Qualche giorno fa, io ed i miei amici abbiamo soggiornato nell’accogliente ristoro del B&B Saint Patrick in pieno centro.Camere luminose ed arieggiate dall’atmosfera tardo medievale rispecchiano perfettamente la storia della dimora narrataci dal proprietario. Personale simpatico e disponibile.Pub associati altrettanto qualificati. Struttura barlettana approvata.
