Reviews of Best Western Preston Garstang Country Hotel and Golf Club

Stayed one night on the way to the lake district, at the Golf Club Hotel. The hotel environment is very good, but the facilities are too old. The hot and cold taps in the wash basin are still separate. The toilet did not pump water at first. No one answered the phone at 9:30 pm. I repaired it myself and it barely worked. The bathroom exhaust fan sounded like a tractor, and the hair dryer was the most old-fashioned one fixed in the drawer. The carpet was dirty and the bed made me itchy all over.
