Terrible service. I stayed one night with a friend who came from Chile and they charged me double... I had to call several days to resolve.
In the end they gave me back part in money and part in points (Which is not fair).
I clarify that an official damages the entire name of a hotel and the customer experience.
Note: the food is also very bad for the price.

The hotel was clean and staff were very welcoming and helpful. The manager was very nice to grant me a free breakfast since my son is a chef for the Hilton in NYC. I really enjoyed the stayed there, the pool and the restaurant!

Everything was as advertised. Hotel was very well maintained and we had the pool to ourselves. Would recommend this as a stay.

Expected more. Rooms were not as expected
Mold in Bathroom. Had to request extra towels. No minibar. No accessories in bathroom. Nob room service after 10pm. For a Hilton brand not the best. Average at best.
Good area quiet and xcose ro malls.
Would stay agan but as a last resort only.

Great place to stay in Barranquilla. Great access to main roads to get to Cartagena and Santa Marta and also great location for shopping and enjoying the city. Would definitely recommend staying here!
