The rest was all good, the breakfast service, the food was very delicious and the hotel staff was very attentive. Oh, also the shower water in the room on the second day was too hot, the water was too hot to bathe properly. Otherwise, everything was spectacular. I would go back, highly recommended."

"Overall, an enjoyable comfortable stay. What we liked: The customer service from all staff were great. Special mention to the unsung heroes - Housekeeping for their consistent service. Room was always great. The food and drinks from Skylounge restaurant was great. The bed and pillows were heavenly. Super comfortable. Hotel was sparkling clean throughout. We were on level 11. What we didn´t like: The TV - operating the smart TV was not so easy. TV guide listing a millions channels, yet just a handful would be available. Why? If its in the guide then show it or block it The inability to comcast or mirror using an IOS iPhone (but Android was ok - is this phone discrimination lol? Housekeeping, as previously mentioned were great, but a bit too keen to service our room...When on vacation, 9.30-10am is super early to knock on the door. Highly recommend, and given the opportunity, we would stay again."

We asked for 2 room keys...NO only one per room, no more battery for the safe so it cannot be used and at the reception they look at you like extraterrestrials, for the shower it is better to like very lukewarm water because the hot water is like welcome....non-existent In short, to be avoided at all costs"
