Hotel Heritage Forza

We had a great experience here with our extended family and would gladly stay here again. The hotel has a gorgeous location with great views of the sea. We all stayed in beautiful and spacious suites, and the daily housekeeping service was excellent. We couldn’t have been happier with the extensive and delicious breakfast buffet including the very attentive service from the staff. In fact, all staff that we encountered went above and beyond with whatever we needed. The hotel restaurant’s dinner menu is wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening meal one night. We especially loved the candy dishes placed all over the hotel! What a nice touch. There isn’t an elevator in the hotel, but this didn’t pose a problem for us. Also, no coffee making facilities in room, but the staff was happy to serve us coffee as early as 7am (30 min prior to breakfast opening).

It's a wonderful boutique hotel, new and modern, well maintained. The location can't be better, right on the sea shore. The room had everything one would need, squeaky clean, with very tasteful decor. Terrific breakfast at their restaurant on the ground floor and the restaurant itself is terrific. If you have a car the parking is right behind the hotel. Excellent staff, from front desk to waiters.

One never knows what to expect when making reservations from afar. This hotel surpassed all we had hoped for. It is sparkling clean, modern and every person we encountered was helpful and friendly. We were fortunate to get a room with a balcony (room 104) overlooking the beach. They provide towels and chairs/umbrellas for the beach. We preferred the ones on the dock b/c of easier water access via ladder. They also served an incredible breakfast buffet. And we enjoyed many delicious meals at their restaurant and our server , Geigy was gracious and an interesting conversationalist. All in all, we had an extraordinary visit!!

It was great pleasure for us to visit this restaurant. Very kind, friendly and high profesional waiter and services. Immediately after sitting down, the staff came to us, brought the menu and offered us drinks. Next, the waiter recommended food/specialties according to the request and explained what kind of food we should expect. He recommended a side dish and wine for the meal - we left the choice to the waiter, who did not disappoint and brought a really excellent wine...The food was incredibly tasty, excellent and perfectly prepared. After the meal we had a degustation recommended - the waiter carefully brought excellent schnapps for us. We highly recommend this restaurant. Here you can really find quality, professionalism and, above all, excellent food combined with top service Many thanks!

My favorite hotel of th e trip. Friendly staff and large rooms.

We spent five nights of our honeymoon in Croatia staying at the Heritage Hotel Forza and we couldn't have been happier with our decision! I'd advised the hotel previously that we were celebrating our honeymoon during this trip and they provided a beautiful welcome package with a card congratulating us on our wedding and a bottle of chilled Prosecco. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. We unfortunately left a necklace in our room upon checkout, and when I went to send the hotel an e-mail they had already reached out to me. They offered to ship the necklace to our next location, which did not work with our plans, but we were able to provide an address of a friend in Europe and they have sent it for us (the hotel was rightfully concerned that shipping the necklace to the US would cause it to become held up in customs, as it is a precious metal). The hotel restaurant had wonderful food. As Autumn (and Halloween) lovers it was a delicious treat to have a special Autumn menu available, including pumpkin dishes and truffles galore. We were able to sit for dinner when we were unable to find any other open restaurants in the area late in the evening. Breakfasts were very nice. Buffet style with options including various breads and pastries, eggs, roasted zucchini, and rotating meat options (ham, sausage, bacon). Staff informed us that in addition to the available buffet, "anything" else we wanted to order for breakfast was included. Our first morning we made the mistake of hitting the buffet first, then ordering additional food (the eggs benedict is MASSIVE, but a delicious spin). The view from the room was unbeatable. The location of the hotel is wonderful, right along a lovely walking street with many other restaurants and shops, and just a short walk down the stairs or ramp to the waterfront, with many more options for food, drinks and shopping. Our first two nights we felt a little too warm in the room, which we just attributed to a "different" air conditioner. I asked the staff about getting a fan in the room and noted that the air conditioner just wasn't cooling the room enough. We returned from a short outing to find that the air conditioner had been repaired (didn't even register to us that it might not be functioning properly). The entirety of Croatia was amazing to us. The history, the natural beauty of mountains and sea, the food and the laid back feeling. At no point in Croatia did we feel rushed or nervous. Heritage Hotel Forza in Baska made us feel so comfortable and was a perfect base to explore the island of Krk and the island of Cres. If we had another day we would have taken a day trip over to the Istrian Peninsula, as the ferries make it incredibly easy to navigate across the sea. If I were to stay in Baska again, it would be at this hotel.

After a walk in Baška we wanted to have a bite and the restaurant was working, so we sat down in the sun and had a house special pork medallions with mushrooms, red wine sauce, croquettes, and a glass of red wine and both were really nice, waiter was really friendly and suggested this meal and he was right that it was great
