It was a wonderful experience staying here with my parents and child as a whole family. The hotel is conveniently located, with a comfortable and pleasant environment. We were especially satisfied with the complimentary birthday decorations, and the small birthday cake was a very thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were extremely warm and welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience and highly recommended.

service was good, staffs were friendly and helpful. location of hotel is within reasonable distance from habour, room was big and clean. A mega mall K Square just opened beside the hotel. Overall a very good stay

The atmosphere is very calming and tranquil, with a beautiful view of pools that enhances the relaxed feel of nature. I enjoyed the Ikan Bakar seabass, crispy duck brown rice, smoothies and a tiramisu, served by friendly staff who always provided me with a discount. It was such a nice experience—just relaxing, eating, sleeping, and enjoying the sauna.

Good well mantained hotel in batam. Although it is old. The standard is still there. Thank you for the free upgrade as our room was facing the golf course which was beautiful. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. There might be some competition now as newer 4* to 5* hotel opening up in batam.

We request for connecting rooms & we got it. Checkin was pretty smooth. Breakfast was just okay but the interior of hotel is nice. They have playroom for kids, family friendly. The room was spacious too, clean, although its open concept toilet. Overall all is satisfying.
