Overall our stay was nice beach was always clean. Food was ok

We love Acuaverde! The best Pet Friendly beach resort ever! Best amenities for dogs and hoomans. Relaxing place, friendly and accommodating staff, delicious food, awesome place! What more could you ask for, they got all good stuff in there! Our beach getaway and we'll keep coming back!

Pool is not available in this resort, but the staffs' attitude towards any plain looking customer like me conpensates for the pool, unlike those neighboring resorts, specifically acquatico. Acuaverde has superb service and super kind staff. 5 stars for the employees, special mention ke kuya guard

We are glad that we had a great time in Acuaverde Beach Resort. Clean beach area, nice and accommodating staff and services. Best resort to unwind and have some fresh air from all the stressful days at work. We'll go back with friend naman :) TYSM

Pet friendly, very nice beach with nice outdoor cabanas. Room was too basic for the price. Restaurant took forever to serve the food to the point were some of us cancelled their orders and went to the Apt 1B restaurant next door. I will not return, will try other hotels in the area.

the place was nice and clean. staff were very courteous and attentive. parking was secure and spacious. the only thing they need to improve is the food. breakfast and dinner buffets were nothing to look forward too. a good chef with passion is all they need.

Nature Ambience. Nipa Hut Structures give you that Filipino Feel. All the Staff were sincere in being friendly and accommodating. The Buffet Breakfast and Dinner were great. Food were still complete and many, up to the last minute. We stayed at Casa Brisa. The 2nd Floor is Exclusive to the Resort Owner. The pictures in their Web and Facebook were misleading - 2-storey Cottage and a Bed at the 2nd Floor showing the Beachfront. Have I known that it's only a Room at the 1st Floor, I wouldn't have booked here. But, my disappointment was gone, because of the CONSISTENT EXCELLENT SERVICE OF EVERYBODY, especially the Manager, Ms. Sugar, and their Staff, Ram. It's my 1st time to see a Welcome Letter, with the pictures of the Staff. I salute the Management, headed by their GM, Ms. Gusi, for acknowledging their Staff - this is very Unique indeed. Keep it up !!!. I therefore conclude that, your Staff give Extraordinary Service, because you Value them. And this makes them happy. The Welcome Drink - Tamarind Juice, was good, too.

Second time staying here for my birthday! Service and accommodation is exemplary. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Love how the resort builds a community for pet owners who frequently stays there/members of the pet club. Definitely a go-to if you want to enjoy your vacation with your pets!

My family & I had a pleasant 2-night stay. The beachfront room for 4 adults was perfect for family bonding. We checked in on a Sunday, thus there were very few guests to share the resort with. RT-PCR tests were required; administered on-site but at a neighboring affiliate, Acuatico Resort. Results available in approx 20-30 mins while you wait in your car. Photogenic place; wide beachfront. The beach was relatively clean but with small rocks. Beach shoes or thick-soled Crocs or fitflops are recommended. The waves were quite strong even in the mornings during our stay, so we only got into the water to wade for a short while. However, the beach was perfect for the jet ski and UFO rides. Our kids had fun with those! Staff are warm & friendly; they initiate conversation with guests which contribute to the welcoming vibe of the resort. Their friendliness makes up for the areas for improvement, ie., 1) Expand the menu choices. (The food tasted just fine; nothing superb. Prices, however, were on the high side for the serving size.) 2) Change some or all of the curtains in the beachfront cabanas. (The cabanas would have been picture-perfect if not for the large rips on some of the panels. Time to change some or all of them.) 3) Routinely clear out cabanas. (Maybe because the resort is undermanned, I noticed that it takes a while for staff to clear out the tables at the cabanas of plates, glasses and even used beach towels that guests leave behind, making for unsightly clutter. Maybe a routine schedule for this housekeeping function is in order. Our used plates after room service also took a while to get cleared from our porch.) Good roads from Manila. We don't mind driving back for quick doses of relaxation -- plus some sun, sand, sea and fresh air! Thank you, Acuaverde team!

11/10 would recommend this place for small families. The food buffet was great, the staff are all so friendly and courteous, their beachfront is well-maintained, and the cabanas are perfect for an afternoon all-day at the beach kind of day. The whole family cannot wait to go back

Our stay at the resort was excellent. It was just an overnight trip weekend getaway for family. The staff was friendly and attention to detail was superb. Accommodations were nice and clean, complete with room amenities. Although food variety can be improved, food quality and taste were great! The resort itself has very nice nature feel with all the lovely tamarind trees surrounding the area. The beach was well maintened and clean with support staff close by. Over all, a great resort to stay in with your loved ones and fur babies.!

This is our second time visiting Acuaverde and one of the reason why we keep on coming back besides of the serene ambiance, were their people. They were very accomodating and the services provided was top notch. Some from housekeeping, front desk, alfresco peeps and the life guard recognized our faces and became an acquintances. I must say that this resort was very successful because of the employees. The food that they served especially on Christmas Eve/Day were superb. Kudos to everyone and see you all soon!

Our overall experience was excellent! When we arrived, the resort's concierge was very friendly and welcoming. The room is clean and tidy, with a complete set of towels and toiletries. Of course, the noche buena buffet always succeeded the delicious food buffet, and the beach ambiance was commendable. What I love about the place is how they value their guests and even our fur friends. Indeed, Aquaverde deserves a high rating and is a place where we can escape the city.
