The pool was closed and it was the reason I booked this hotel. The curtain in our room would not shut so we had a street light shining in our room all night.

Every room from the lobby to our suite smelled like a different shade of feet and cheese. The bathroom door was being held together with scotch tape. Mold on the sink. Didn't feel comfortable staying, honestly don't know how this building hasn't been condemned.

I don't even stay because was so dirty was old blood on the bed and mold everywhere I have pictures I need a refund

I We went for the first time to celebrate my son's birthday and went to sleep at the house. We couldn't stay there; people had big, smelly dogs. The room was filthy, the alarm detector was hanging from the ceiling and didn't even work. There was no phone, the internet didn't work, and the TV was awful.

We did not complete our stay. The staff was pleasant and agreed to provide a refund. The third floor where our room was located had a terrible smell. The room had wallpaper pealing, broken dresser and damaged ceiling tiles and did not appear clean. The side doors are not secure.

The hotel indoor water park is not open. It should list that before booking. The whole point is the water park not being stuck in a room.

Web page advertisement looked nice and said there was a water park. It was nonexistent. Facilities needed upgrades, bed was old and saw bugs in bathroom and by coffee maker.

The heat really didnt work. Had it turbed all the way up and still blowing out barely warm air. Booked stay for water park. Wayer park was closed
