The gentleman that checked us in was absolutely wonderful. I wish I would’ve got his name. He made us feel very welcomed and had lots of great information. The parking lot is well lit and the breakfast was wonderful.

However, I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel. The hallway carpet specifically, needs to be replaced

I enjoyed my stay. Staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and convenient. I could start my day well fed.
I slept well both nights even though I wasn't in my bed at home.

I arrived 2 hours early before check in and I just driven 5 hour drive from St. Louis Mo. I needed to shower and shave and I informed the manager that my aunt had passed and the visitation was at Cooley’s Mortuary. The manager was very nice and was able to accommodate me and I thanked her for being so supportive and going above and beyond to take care of me. I personally wanted acknowledge how polite and professional she was to me.

Room was not clean when we arrived resulting in delayed access to room, toilet was broken and request to replace the battery in smoke detector due to constant chirping in room was ignored.

Didn't arrive until midnight, so we did not have an alternative. Bedding was loose and sloppy and the toilet was dirty. Without any options, we just took it.
