Graywoods is the perfect house, with the perfect location (1 mile from Bath), with the perfect opportunities for you to enjoy a fabulous vacation, any time of year!The house has an open floor plan with 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, including a bedroom on the first floor with its own bath.The house also has a screened in porch and deck with a grill, hot tub, and an outdoor shower. A very short walk on a forest path takes you to our dock with two paddle boards, two kayaks, and a canoe. NOTE: The dock comes in during the winter as the bay freezes! The bay is full of wildlife including osprey, bald eagles, striped bass and even seals.The kitchen is fully equipped (Viking 6 burner stove, double wall ovens, commercial ice machine, warming drawer) Linens and towels are all monogrammed and beautiful.The house is wonderful for two people or 8 and for all ages.
