Lived it! I booked this quirky little place for my son and his partner as a graduation gift. My sonjust completed his PhD. They enjoyed every minute. Lovely lilttle spot in the heart of beautiful Bath.

Nice cozy apartment Very nice cozy place to make home base for a week. Had everything I needed and owner was very responsive with all of my questions. Primary destination was Bath and very convenient to everything I needed. Thank you!

Not what we expected.

I cannot recommend this Master Suite No curtains on windows, no bedspread or comforter on bed. ‘Fine linens’ were mismatched and torn (fitted ) cotton sheets. Damaged blinds on bathroom and sitting room windows. No freezer in small refrigerator. No trash bin in which to place bag of trash (the owner said we could walk the trash down to the Courthouse and place it in the Courthouse dumpster). The owner was greatly concerned with our control of the heat. The rooms were 55 degrees when we arrived. He stressed (to the point of making us uncomfortable)that it is very expensive to heat the house/master suite and instructed us to cut the heat back as soon as possible.

Surprisingly spacious Great little appartment outside of town, maybe a 2 minute drive from the main streets. Surprisingly large. Only downside is you can hear the street noise pretty early in the morning. Minor inconvenience. Charming and quaint. Very cozy. Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.
