clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was convenient, and everything exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The hotel lobby and breakfast were both very nice. However, we experienced some issues with our room. The double bed was quite small, and the room we were initially assigned did not match the photos shown when booking. When we raised our concerns, the staff did their best to accommodate us, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the process took quite a long time and involved multiple room changes. The final room we were assigned was much better and met our expectations. Had we been given that room from the beginning, our overall experience would have been significantly more positive. It seemed that some rooms have been renovated and are much newer, while others are older and less reflective of the images advertised online.

The stay is pleasant. Clean and central located hotel. The breakfast is good too. Our room has river view, which is fantastic. Only draw back is the wash basins’ sink plug is loose, the water can’t be drained. Thanks

Hotel is in great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was as described and is clean and comfortable. Negatives are that the hotel carpark is actually a public carpark and not part of the hotel but was not a big issue for me. And there was a lot of walking to get to the assigned room from the lift & stairs. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and I would come again.

Good location, easy walk to Roman Bath and many many shopping around there. Staff so friendly and helpful. Very enjoy. Thanks
