This experience at this hotel was extremely infuriating. After checking out, we stored our luggage as agreed. We originally planned to pick it up at 4 o'clock, but due to the train delay, we contacted the hotel and told us that the luggage pick-up would be delayed until 7 o'clock. However, we were unable to contact the hotel until we later received an email from the hotel asking us to pick up our luggage before 5:30 or else it would be thrown away. We struggled to find the contact number of the front desk, and after getting through, the attitude of the front desk was unbelievable. They were extremely mean and wanted to get rid of our luggage, with no regard for the valuables in our luggage. What is even more incomprehensible is that the hotel has no front desk service after 5 o'clock. Why would a hotel have no staff on duty at such a time? As a service industry, how can hotels be so careless and rude? Luggage storage is a basic service provided by the hotel, but not only did they fail to fulfill their due responsibilities, they also threatened to throw away our belongings in an extreme way, which is really unacceptable. We were extremely disappointed with this experience and the hotel's service attitude and handling was truly outrageous. I strongly advise other guests to think twice before choosing this hotel, especially those who need to store their luggage, as this hotel has absolutely no respect for guests' belongings.
