We stayed one night to be honest, not enough in this lovely hotel, amazing members of staff no exception Breakfast is limited but good. I highly recommend this place and definitely we will go back there. Keep it up

Hotel in excellent location. Staff all really friendly and helpful. Rooms very clean and quiet. Breakfast very good but could be bit more variety e.g. variety of Danish.. variety of eggs. Overall would definately go back.

Overall, the hotel experience was good and the staff were lovely. The only downside was that our room had very loud water pipe noises, which could be quite disturbing at times. We were also given an accessible room, which was unexpected. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location - not far away from Bath SPA station. It is easy go to other tourist places through walking distances! Room is tidy and clean ! staff is good with efficiency manner! If Check In time change to a little bit earlier - let say. 3:00pm will be perfect. (Now Check-in Time is 4:00pm). Breakfast food is good too !! It is worth to stay in this hotel ! Sure will stay in this hotel again !

Great hotel and very close to town and train station. Superb staff very polite, respectful and friendly. Breakfast was also good. However it’s usually very busy in the mornings so being a wheelchair user it was very difficult to get a suitable tablet. However one of the staff members did come to my help but it was a little bit late. Non dairy milk was also provided but being self service the wait was quite long and I ended up leaving without any hot drink. The room also didn’t have a window and it was also a bit small to manoeuvre my wheelchair. Bed was comfortable but the air conditioning kept coming on which was not good for my health.
