Very good hotel, super rooms, good sea, food and drinks varied and tasty. I would especially like to thank the children's animation, namely a girl named Ayşe. We visited the hotels from April 10 to April 19. lucky with the weather The hotel has an excellent tattoo team, they did piercings and tattoos. the people are kind and helpful, always with a smile, as well as the photographers and the entire staff in general

The staff here are second to none, especially the lobby bar guys, so friendly, nothing is too much trouble, the hotel is immaculately clean, the rooms are modern and again kept spotless, the pool area has lots of sunbeds that are actually comfortable, would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing 5 star holiday

Everything about the hotel was amazing family of 5 can not fault anything from start to finish Ali the henner tattooist was amazing with the kids food was good pools amazing and everyone there seems like it’s not a bother to help you no matter what you need had too amazing tattoos aswell so big shout out to the boys in the studio especially being my first time helped me through it would highly recommend this place we will be returning

Amazing place, amazing food, amazing staff, especially Asya. Amazing entertainment, clean rooms, clean hotel. Private beach was amazing. All inclusive bar at the beach. Would highly recommend. I'd suggest upgrading to a pool view. That's the only thing g I wish I did different.

Amazing time here lovely food staff were so lovely and accommodating and thank you to the lovely asya at the reception for the lovely gift and being so helpful and kind 10 out of 10 stay will definitely be coming back next year the kids loved it plenty of things for them to do

The hotel was continuously cleaned, both in the rooms and around the entire complex The staff were very accommodating friendly and helpful Especially Emrah, who always went above and beyond for the family Water features were amazing, the children said 10/10 The spa treatments were lovely

Really good service in the restaurant specifically from Emrah he was amazing and always warm the milk up for my toddler.also he was really helpful, and great service from him.even other staff in the restaurant were really helpful and polite.

I have rated this hotel a 3*. This was my 3rd time in alanya but 1st time at this hotel, when we arrived with our 3 kids our 1st reaction was that the entrance and hotel looked nice and clean. We booked a family connected room for 5 people but at reception we were given 2 connected rooms 1 on 1st floor and the other on 5th floor which we didn't want and told them we needed 1 connected room. We were told that this all they had and could change the next day but it would still be 2 rooms but on the same floor. Wifi is not free you have to purchase it for 1€ for each device for each day but you get 1 hr free each day. Mocktails I would give them 3/10 and the juices overly sweet which hits the back of the throat so had to dilute it with water there is no english tea option only turkish tea. Outdoor pools are not heated most of fridges in the room don't work and you are only given water in the fridge. Air conditioning only comes on at the end of May beginning of June so we didn't have no AC in April on the days when it was really hot. 1st floor you can hear the disco in the midnight when you try and sleep. Food is average. Staff are friendly.

So the hotel itself is lovely well kept clean and tidy staff are lovely my daughter who is 5 had a really good time there. This review is more about the holiday reps rather then the hotel first off there are no set prices for excursions so they will absolutely over charge you and rip you off so be aware also opposite the hotel is a shop that is yellow and excursions there are much cheaper however I not sure if they include transfer to and from also, big ALSO DO NOT go for the cheaper spa treatment outside the hotel I did this and although the massage itself was not too bad (it was nothing compared to the hotel spa massage) the place was dirty it smelt pretty bad and I just wish I didn’t fall into the trap because it was cheaper than the hotel, I also booked a treatment with the hotel and although the price was higher it was still cheaper than the uk it was so good clean and in depth the massage was tailored to what I needed and it was clean!! Staff were lovely So bottom line for massage and treatments stay in the hotel don’t go for a so called spa day out! Not worth it! Also don’t trust your holiday reps barter with them to get the best deal and maybe don’t pay for multiple trips all at once go out side to the yellow shop and ask!
