The room was nice, clean and comfortale. Staff was pleasant and inforrmative. My only issue is accessibility. The room was a long distance from the entrance. The bathroom shower was accessible but the floor was super slippery. Not great. Also the water flowed all over the bathroom. Obviously the room was retrofitted for handicapped. I get it. Just from a disabled persons view not exactly accessible.

We’ll located in one of the nicest parts of Baton Rouge. Ruth’s Chris Steak House is right next door and an easy walk. When we were there twice over the summer- September, there was a jazz band playing in the multipurpose breakfast bar Friday nights. Staff is friendly and helpful. Close to most of what you may be looking for.

Our stay was okay. Cameron made it better because he was very helpful after two of the rooms they tried to check us in were not ready. There is charge for breakfast. We didn’t eat so no review there. The room was semi clean. The area is safe. Be sure to ask to stay on the opposite side of the highway.

The property itself was very good. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and shower water pressure was awesome. Very conveniently located as well.
However, do NOT waste your time adding on the breakfast option. It is the worst breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. Breakfast ends at 10, so we went down at 9:15. The eggs were so old, the potato’s and sausage were completely empty and the oatmeal was just sitting on the counter (outside the holder that keeps it warm) as if they started cleaning up already. We asked if we could have some fresh breakfast and the “waitress” was bothered that we interrupted her while on her phone. After about 10 minutes, they brought out eggs and potato’s, no sausage. The food is not the only issue it’s the inadequate level of service in the restaurant as well. The server was a tall, thin AA lady w/ zero personality nor hospitality.
The lady that workers the bar, at night, is very pleasant and accommodating.
Over all our stay was good just save the money for breakfast and hit one of the local places nearby.

This is always my go to hotel when I'm in Baton Rouge for work. Friendly efficient staff. The rooms are nice, especially for the price. The I visit hotel sports bar/restaurant during every stay. Food and drinks are great.

The staff..from the front desk to housekeeping to the servers for the breakfast buffet were ALL superior, not only at their jobs, but are outstanding PEOPLE. I will recommend this property to ANYONE going anywhere near Baton Rouge anytime...I can't thank them enough...
