We were given a very large suite with a sofa that could accommodate one person. There was free ice water on the first floor, which was available for free use. The breakfast service staff poured juice for us and gave the children paintbrushes.

Staff was very polite. From start to finish, every staff member we encountered was very kind to myself and my family. Room was clean. Amenities were slightly outdated.

All things were good, but I did not expect the $150 deposit for a one night stay. I am not sure what that charge was supposed to cover, but we only stayed one night and didn’t eat breakfast. I hope it has returned to my card, by now.

4 night stay they only cleaned the room and provided fresh towels once. times I requested service, nothing. A/C was inoperable as well as TV, tall mirror was not attached to the wall and a safety hazard

The hotel staff was incompetent. We reserved a 2 bedroom suite, but then was told they were all dirty and might not get cleaned for over 4 hours- This was at 4:20pm!! Then we watched the housekeepers all leave after 5pm. Next, the clerk said we could have 2 adjoining rooms- only to not know how to do that!!
