Rough! Lots of people just hanging out in the lobby - no tv just laying around and the place smelled like ****. Bathroom door didn’t shut. Coffee pot didn’t work. Coffee downstairs in the morning was out. Small roach in bathroom.
You can tell they don’t care and this review will go no where because they will still get $ due to Lsu games. sad.

The hotel needs renovations, especially the elevator, fitness center, and room bathrooms. Bed linens were stained!

This property was just very average for me. The room had a odor when we arrived and they put us in a handicap room and we were unable to switch due to availability. Since the shower was handicap when you showered the water got all over the floor, I just feel like it made a huge mess and was a hassle to clean up afterwards.

The hotel staff couldn't have been nicer. Everyone was very friendly. The room wasn't bad. There was one outlet plate missing but otherwise it was in decent shape. The elevator sounded rough going up but was normal sounding going down. The exercise room wasn't available but that was clearly stated in the listing. So, no real surprise but I was hoping it was available to use regardless. Convenient to the interstate.

Keys didn’t work, AC was off upon arrival room was hot and musty/stunk. Sofa sleeper mattress was disgusting and stained, a/c was very loud should be serviced, bathroom vent was very loud, bed was uncomfortable and pillows were too big/ high

As soon as I walked in to my room and turned a light on, roaches ran, bath tub was nasty and unclean. Went to front desk immediately, cancelled everything and left.

There were no vending machines, and the drinks they had behind the desk were hot. Only cash wasn't able to use credit/ debit card. Phone not working in room to call front desk.
