Reviews of Hilton Baton Rouge Capitol Center

The people at the front desk discriminate against Chinese people! I booked an executive double room with river view, but they gave me the most basic room and told me that it was my room. After more than 40 minutes of negotiation, they asked me to wait in the room and went downstairs to change my room. I waited in the room for more than half an hour, but no one came up. I called the front desk, but they said they didn't know. Then we went downstairs to argue with the front desk. As soon as we got downstairs, the front desk gave us the room card with a smirk on his face. His face was full of arrogance and contempt for Chinese people! It felt like he was saying, "I'm just teasing you, what can you do to me?" The overall experience was terrible. I never give bad reviews, this is my first time!
