Horrible experience. We booked two nights was only there do 1.5 hours before having to leave. We switched rooms hoping for a better room but it was worse. Severe mildew smell or mold. Hair all over the floor and sink. The water came out BROWN from the sink. We are pursuing a complete refund or considering cancelling it through our bank.

It was close to Southern University campus, and didn’t like was the AC wasn’t working properly, the smell, the housekeeping only made one bed up in a two bedroom room, the breakfast didn’t have more options, not enough towels for us, staff wasn’t very friendly, and the people/ children upstairs jumped and played all night long.

The hotel was very accommodating. I needed an early check in as I was going to a football game and didn’t wanna leave my luggage in the car. They were amazing. And the room was OK.

The front desk staff wasn’t friendly at all upon check in. When we got to our room after checking in, the walls in the shower were filthy and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The night stand had something sticky on it upon check in and was not clean. while checking in, they couldn’t find my reservation until I pulled up my ******* reservation. After doing so, the person at the front desk had to call someone to find it.. Lastly, after coming in from the LSU football game at 11pm, there was no hot water in the shower!

Woke up to ants all over the wall. Staff came to rm in morning with roach spray. Never called about ants. Had a list of rm numbers to spray which indicated to me that the staff already knew the rm had a problem beforehand.

My room had very strong smell of roach stray. Water for shower wasn’t hot at all, all plugs for room was really lose & charger wouldn’t stay in to charge phone
