Extended Stay America Select Suites - Baton Rouge - Citiplace

From the time I checked in until the time I checked out I felt like it was home away from home. They were very accommodating and always had a heart warming welcome. The rooms were nice and clean upon check in and the house keeper Consuela was always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! I would definitely stay here again anytime!

Great customer service

This property is more for long term stays. It doesn't really function as a typical hotel. I'm not sure why ******* included it in my options for a 3 night hotel stay. In one room the AC made too much noise to sleep. In the next room the shower had very little pressure. The staff was very helpful

Clean rooms but needs remodeling and the front desk person was not very friendly or helpful.

I had to request clean towels at the desk when I needed them and the lady in the front informed me that they only clean the hotel room if you stay there more than 14 days?!?! How ridiculous is that no other hotel that I’ve stayed at has had that rule so it wasn’t a good look and when I got there, the room was dirty from a previous stay from someone else. They should pride themselves in cleanliness. This is just disgusting.

The room we had gotten was not properly cleaned when we checked it. There was toothpaste and body hair in the bathroom when we checked in. The rooms where also reall old and poor maintenance.

The room was filthy and uncleaned. The staff was indifferent about our unpleasant experience. We didn't feel safe because of the people loitering around just inside the doorways and in the parking lot at night afterthe office was closed. There's no over night staff to insure the safety of the residents of the hotel. The fire alarm went off during the night and there was no one around to insure us that there was no fire and if it was safe. When asked about amenities they said they were out. We had a room that had evidence that a smoker had been there before us. The elevators were not working when we arrived. They didn't call for them to be serviced until three days later. I will never be staying at any Extended Stay America in the future.

The rooms heater was not working it was 27 degrees last night outside , the room was very cold . Try to contact front desk but no one ever answered. Room was very dirty , sheets were stained and there was a white powder substance on the table . Room also had a very bad smell .

Extremely dirty. Shower had hair and mold it almost every screw or fixture had rust on it possible spit or some other bodily fluid on wall. Highly do not recommended staying let alone extending your stay
