The room is large and the environment is very good, especially the living room is great, the sofa bed is large, the whole room can sleep six people. That's great! The staff was very nice and gave us cookies and water. The whole city is not big, the hotel is right next to the highway, and it is a dozen minutes drive from the center. Free parking. Will consider next time!

Stayed 2 nights after driving in to Baton Rouge for LSU vs Tennessee, wished the game was as good as the hotel. Front desk staff was helpful, rooms and lobby updated and clean, and restaurant/bar in the lobby surpassed expectations. Lots of other dining options nearby if you don’t want to eat at the hotel.

The hotel is located on the edge of No. 12 highway, it is easy to find after getting off the highway, and on the edge is holiday inn express. There are gas stations and McDonald's nearby. The hotel lobby and restaurant have just been renovated and are very nice. The hotel room is also larger, there is also a swimming pool, and free parking. There is also a free breakfast. But the biggest problem is that the hotel seems to be in the stage of brand handover. It has just changed to a new brand, and management cannot keep up. In the first room arranged for us, I opened the quilt and felt that the sheets were not changed at all, so I asked to change the room, but basically there was no change of sheets. I found a lot of hair on the sheets and pillows, the bed The supplies were very old, and there were a lot of pilling and wire drawing. To be honest, I felt very sick at the time. I wanted to check out and change the hotel. Later, my family felt that the trouble would be gone. Then I found that the bathroom light was not on, so I called the maintenance staff to see that it turned out that there was no light tube inside, so I installed it. The toilet is not easy to use either. The shower head is also leaking and it is not closed tightly. The next morning, I found that the pillow that had fallen between the bed was wet, and only then discovered that the bathroom wall was leaking, and the carpet near the bedside was wet. No wonder there was a smell in the house at night. In short, the stay feels very bad. Although the price is cheap, if I can choose again, I will not hesitate to live on the holiday. ur daughter slept on the pull out bed and had a terrible night's sleep. The sofa bed mattress was supper thin and worn. There was a strange dank smell in the room, that only went away when we used the air conditioning. The carpets were really old, dark and filthy looking. The sliding closet doors in the bedroom area were off their runner. Front desk staff are not very friendly, no one smiled and interactions were curt. Seemed like the front counter staff were a generally unhappy bunch.

If it could be negative stars it would be. Literally the worst one hundred dollars ever spent. The room was insanely dirty, there were two small throw pillows on the king size bed, when asked for more they said they were out and those had just been “overfluffed.” The floors were dirty with stains and literal trash, the shower had leftover plastic razor coverings in it still, towels had red stains, room smelled of mildew and rotten food, walls and ceilings were peeling, and honestly I could keep going. If I hadn’t been in such a need I would have left as soon as I got in, for one hundred dollars I at least would have expected the room to be SOMEWHAT clean. Better off spending fifty bucks at a holiday inn.
