Great location for me as it is near the jetty. The staff were helpful and came to fixed our rooms toilet clogging and broken hairdryer fast. The bed were comfy and good night sleep. The breakfast buffet was great.. Nice spread and tasted delightful. Will definitely come here again for my next trip.

If you're arriving by ferry at Harbour Bay, this hotel is a convenient 5-minute walk away. Getting to Nagoya Hill or Grand Mall Batam is also very easy by taxi. For seafood lovers, there are plenty of options nearby like Way Way Seafood, Harbour Bay Seafood, and Sentosa Seafood Batam. The massage on the fourth floor of the hotel is also excellent and reasonably priced.

Service is good. Staff is friendly and attentive. However the cleaniness can be improved. There were multiple stains on the bedsheet and bath towels. Hotel room was also dusty in some areas. Location is very ideal just within 5 mins walk from habour bay terminal.

Went for a Business trip. it is walking distance from.the ferry terminal. The breakfast is not bad. Didn't use the gym or swimming pool although there are. Room quite spacious but abit old. Lift is fast. The door access card need some tricks to use it properly..

Very strategic location at the heart of Habour Bay downtown. Walking distance to ferry terminal and the many eateries and entertainment around the area. Rooms are clean. Very confortable beddings and pillows. Breakfast was good with wide variety of food. I fully utilized the gym and swimming pool this visit. The gym equipment are in good condition and swimming pool was alright. Spa on the 5th floor but I haven't tried yet. Overall, highly recommnded hotel to stay at Habour Bay area.

Enjoying the buffet breakfast, serve with various cuisine. Hotel location nearby Harbour bay ferry terminal. It's also nearby with restaurants and 24/7 supermarkets. Frontdesk service very good and responsive. Housekeeping staff very hardworking.

The room was huge and spacious! Love the breakfast spread, menu was different on both days! Location was really good, it was near the ferry terminal so we didn't have to rush at all. Service was excellent and would definitely recommend. Keep up the good work!
