Batam Marriott Hotel Harbour Bay

Very nice hotel with location just next to the ferry terminal. They are so kind to provide free upgrade to balcony room after knowing we are there to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

Good location, just right beside the Harbour Bay. Service was excellent and room was clean and spacious. Nice sea view, gym and swimming pool. The Altitude bar has nice night views. Only small issue is that there's no bathtub for my room.

We have a great time at this hotel . Location , facilities , cleanliness etc . Breakfast is superb . Among all that the most Awesome is the staffs , warmth , friendliness , helpful and their willingness to render service whenever they could . Sincere and genuine smiles. The location is nice and the service is also very good. There is a lot of restaurants around, a good option for tourists

Great location, great scenery, we booked a sea view , right decision. Outside window , its harbour bay and facing a village, only downside is from early morning you start to hear those engines noises.

Great bf buffet and rooftop bar. Will return. Cocktails are divine and food is scrumptious!

We enjoyed our service and stay at the Marriott. The hotel was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our trip even more enjoyable. While we were abit upset we could'nt use the pool because of the rain, we were still content with our stay! Will definitely go back. Thanks Marriott!

Batam Marriott was conveniently located beside the ferry terminal. Shopping and restaurants were walking distance to the hotel. The breakfast selection was wonderful and our family had a great time staying there.
