First, the good points. The hotel is reasonably close to the bus stop, and with a McDonald's nearby, finding food isn't an issue. Now, for the bad points. The walls are thin, and I kept hearing sounds like mice scurrying around, though I couldn't tell if it was from the ceiling or the next room. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, so I had to buy some from the 7-Eleven next to the hotel. Also, there were no toothbrushes or slippers provided. What's more, when I tried to shower, there was no hot water – I had to take a cold shower, which was freezing. The bed was just okay, I guess.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The environment was decent, and it's about a 10-minute walk to the beach. There are shops and a laundry room downstairs.

We had to wait outside for a long time before staff came to let us check in. The room and hotel itself was quite dirty.

I felt the room should take more concerns Cleanliness - got mosquito Water heater not working Aircond - got leakage Bathroom- floor slippery Tv - not functioning Bathroom - all the rooms i booked no lock I didn't take any pictures but I give my feedback so the management take note above.

I was apprehensive about this hotel but the overall experience was very impressive. Service was good overall and I'm glad I stayed here. Will be back here. Just a suggestion to have an extra access card and key would be appreciated. Thanks

Near Batu Ferringhi beach, room is clean and nice, only sound proof is poor, the price is affordable, everything is quite ok for solo travelers, will come back again.

Very basic facilities and room, no elevator but only two floors so non-issue. Worn, older and not well maintained. However well priced and the customer service was great. If you like very basic, no frills would definitely recommend. I would stay here again.
