Excellent apartments. Large and clean. Nice pool . Central location. Close to hotels, restaurants, foot massages and street markets.

A beautiful apartment with a large living, dining, kitchen area. There were two excellent ensuite bedrooms, a laundry cupboard with a washing machine and tumble dryer. A balcony ran the full width of the apartment with access from all rooms. Each apartment has a dedicated parking bay and the complex has 24 hour security.The kitchen was fully equipped but with a great range of restaurants nearby cooking certainly isn’t a necessity. The apartments have a lovely infinity pool and a small separate pool for kids, there is also a playground . As the name suggests these apartments are by the sea, with a path running down to the beach. The beach has boat trips, various water sports and a good range of restaurants . I would have no hesitation in recommending these apartments which is something I rarely do.

Fabulous, beach fronted gated community; in fact the ONLY beach front property in Batu Ferringhi. Great views of beach, pool or mountains. Apartments are owned & managed by different individuals so internal fixtures/fittings & standards can vary, but found this complex great. Pool & premises lovely & clean, Great gym. Letting agents very accommodating. Like it that much, have booked a month's stay. Ideal location on Penang Island, great bay, Super amenities, fairly quiet & lots of day/evening options. George Town approx 45 minutes away & reachable by Grab taxi, moped or Rapid Penang public transport.
