Comfy room and enjoyed bunk bed. Location is very good because just by the beach. Open door and walk over, very convenient.

This place is great, the check-in instructions are clear and registration is easy. Both the living room and the room can see a little bit of the sea. The environment is clean and hygienic, with a washing machine and dryer. The pool view is great and I will recommend it to other friends.

Super clean, spacious, and very close to Ferringhi Beach. The house can accommodate up to 12 people, but we only had 5 pax, so there was plenty of space for us. The karaoke set was a nice bonus, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were very attentive, efficient, and helpful throughout our stay. The house also had good cooking facilities, although Penang has so much good food that we didn’t really get to use them much! 😂 There is also a convenience store nearby, which was very convenient. The shower pressure was not very strong, but it was still acceptable. The only drawback was that there is no washing machine, but there is a laundry place about 1 km away, so it was still manageable. The location is great if you enjoy staying near the beach. It is especially suitable for tourists who drive. However, if you want to go to George Town, it takes around 25 minutes by car. Batu Ferringhi also has fewer food options compared to town. Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended for families or larger groups who want a spacious place near the beach!

Every year, I spend a few days at Hard Rock to relax. Currently, half of the hotel is under renovation, and our rooms on the west side were very quiet. The front desk staff were very friendly and communicated in English. I'd suggest having multilingual front desk staff to make communication easier for tourists. This time, I brought my elder family members along, and we booked 4 rooms. Everyone had great feedback, and we hope to stay at Hard Rock again next time. The rock band on the weekends was excellent as always. With the pool, the sunset, and the lively Batu Ferringhi beach, we had a very pleasant holiday at Hard Rock. We will definitely choose Hard Rock Hotel again next year. Many thanks to the hotel's management team for their excellent service.

okay so everyone should come to batu feringghi and book this place! everything was so perfect and the this homestay is shown as in the picture. im sorry i couldnt attach any picture because we are too mesmerised by this warm and cozy room ＞＜. my friends keep talking how in love they are with this room. wdym you can wakeup watching the sea ?!! so everyone come and book this room, i guarantee you will not regret this choiceee 🤏🏻🤏🏻🤏🏻🤏🏻

The butler, Vicky, was incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home as first-time visitors to Penang! Thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The apartment itself was fully equipped with excellent facilities, a great layout, and was spotlessly clean. The pool and gym were constantly supervised and maintained. We were very happy with our choice of a room with pool and partial sea views!

I recently stayed at Sunset Beach Retreat & Beach Bistro in Penng. While booking was efficient, the room was fairly small. The air conditioning and ceiling fan worked, but storage was lacking—no hanging space and no surfaces beyond tiny bedside tables. The bathroom was adequate, but the shower heater leaked, posing a risk of electrocution. Despite the hotel advertising a hair dryer, none was provided. In addition, no hand towel was available, and there were no toilet paper dispensers, making basic hygiene inconvenient. For the price, we expected far better quality and accurate amenities.

2 bedroom apartment was decent, view was good, places to eat close by, and beach was easy access. Bathroom and living lights did not all work. No bathmats in rooms, no coffee and tea provided, not enough shower gel, booked for 5 pax over 2 rooms but they only gave us 4 bath towels. No beach towels provided. No indoor slippers. Front floor was dirty and stained. Car park was dark at 6pm, scary. Only 1 key for 5 people
