This place is great, the check-in instructions are clear and registration is easy. Both the living room and the room can see a little bit of the sea. The environment is clean and hygienic, with a washing machine and dryer. The pool view is great and I will recommend it to other friends.

The location is absolutely stunning, with two terraces facing the beach. The villa is surrounded by lush greenery, clearly well-maintained year-round. This view and environment are truly, truly worth it. The B&B owner is Chinese, so communication in Mandarin is smooth, and any questions are answered promptly. We booked a sea-view double room with a balcony, and waking up to the ocean right outside the window was wonderful. I have two main tips to share: The villa is located halfway up a hill, so if you try to catch a taxi early in the morning, there's a chance it might be canceled. You will definitely get a taxi, but the waiting time might be around 7-8 minutes. Another thing is the bathroom and toiletries. Since there's no wet/dry separation, the floor tiles can be slippery after a shower, so be careful. But overall, for this view, it's incredibly, incredibly worth it!

Extremely satisfied! The apartment is very clean, tidy, and comfortable. The toilet is also very clean 👍 The host is very kind and helpful. Overall, the stay was excellent. Highly recommended and will definitely repeat! 😊

house was spacious, comfortable and enough to accommodation my big family kids had fun at the pool the adult had great time doing bbq, will definitelly come back here if we are planing trip to penang

It was a lovely clean apartment and the service along with in depth check-in details were impeccable. The apartment located at the Northern western end of the beach is a nice quiet place to relax in privacy. The beach is quiet and away from the crowded resort complexes. While a 5 minute stroll finds you in the middle of restaurants , convenience stores and local bric-a-brac shop's. The apartment complex is showing signs of age and could do with some much needed restoration. Every thing works fine including the lovely quiet and clean pool area. The only negative I could list , would be the wall mounted A/C unit is extremely noisy

Room rates are quite expensive with a 2 star motel standard. I have stayed in a 3 star hotel for the same price as this hotel. Prices need to be reduced further. Quite expensive probably because of the school holiday week. All hotels raise high prices.

The building quite run down, this hotel is on the level 2 of this shared building. The staff very nice and friendly, the living room is clean too. Near by have many food stores & convenient store! Location quite near the beach! It just that TV doesn't have any channel, its like downloaded movies. Not bad for short stay.

Budget TV room with towels are not provided so you have to bring your own towels.. btw, it's okay to stay overnight for a day 2.

2 bedroom apartment was decent, view was good, places to eat close by, and beach was easy access. Bathroom and living lights did not all work. No bathmats in rooms, no coffee and tea provided, not enough shower gel, booked for 5 pax over 2 rooms but they only gave us 4 bath towels. No beach towels provided. No indoor slippers. Front floor was dirty and stained. Car park was dark at 6pm, scary. Only 1 key for 5 people
