Unique, cozy..clean…good location..nice breakfast but no swiming pool. Towel need to be up grade. Overall good enough for staycation in Batu

Good place and atmosphere

Surprisingly cool hotel! Each room is unique and the interior is unique! Service from the start of entry and check in was smooth! But we weren't offered a welcome drink heheh maybe because it was already 9pm when we checked in. The room has a hairdryer, mini bar, 2 glass bottles of mineral water. Get a welcome old school cake snack. There are 3 children's play areas: beach sand play, soccer board and mini. The door is iron and unique for the DND sign or make up room using a magnetic attachment Thank God the breakfast is now a buffet, get information beforehand about the set menu. Must order room service! It's delicious guys and the packaging is really unique. The employees are pool friendly! Minuses: -bed sheet has spots -Perhaps it needs to be explained that to use cellphone facilities you must call or SMS. -Breakfast starts at 7, we arrived at 8.30. The menu needs to be improved so that it doesn't seem empty. Gonna be back!

I give 3 star service because. One of the restaurant waiters service is very bad.. Monday, 21 Nov 2022. The last day I stayed at the Hanuman hotel. I'm having breakfast, and not a buffet. Alacarte is there. One of our waiters said from which room we were given a menu (it turned out to be a menu for outside guests, not hotel residents. Paid). I asked "you don't have a buffet, do you?" (That means this is a question for the occupants of Hanoman's hotel room). The lady replied "yes ma'am the buffet is not available, now it's alacarte". But she continued. And we think the paid menu is the alacarte menu for hotel guests. And the menu has been processed. Suddenly the lady came again to give me the menu again... last time the menu was paid, the new one is free. Bg "I don't know if you're from room no..." You know, it's strange that you can mention our hotel room. But said I don't know. Strange. We think the paid menu is cancelled. But this is not. Keep serving. And we were told to pay. Even though it's not our fault. We cancel. We chose the free alacarte menu for room occupants... we were very disappointed with this waitress... NO RESPONSIBILITY. He's wrong. But we are responsible!!!! We felt very LOSS... Because we didn't eat food that was included in the price from the hotel room. But the room pays 250 thousand for paid food. WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED with the waiter 🙏🏻 thank you
