Close enough to be close to everything. Far enough away to ensure peace and quiet. Lovely clean rooms, good breakfast but above all incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Thank you Kacha and Anatasia!

We had several difficulties with the room we checked in and notified the front desk who said they would address immediately. We left our room for almost 2 hours and the problems persisted upon our return. The front desk told us the technician had left for the day and would have to wait at least 20 minutes for his return. All other rooms were occupied so we had no option but to wait. Help did finally arrive and problem solved. I felt the hotel should have a better option to address technical issues than to wait 30 min for help. But overall, this was a very comfortable and spacious room with excellent wifi and a lovely view. The staff was polite and respectful during our problems and I give them props for this. The hotel is outdated and needs refurbishment, but overall I had a restful sleep and a positive stay here.

كانت اقامتي ثلاث ايام وكل يوم نفس اصناف الفطور والكيك ناشف كمان المكان قريب من مطاعم و من البحر فقط تحتاج تعدي سكة واحدة لكن خلف الفندق محلات شعبية جدا وبيوت فقيرة وغير مناسبة خصوصا لو عوائل ما انصحكم السكن فيه اربعة نجوم الفندق لكن لا يوجد خدمة حمل الحقائب للغرفة

Посещали ресторан несколько раз - прекрасный вид, отличный сервис, адекватные цены. Выбирали столики на открытой веранде чтобы полюбоваться видами на горы, башню Чачи, море. Еда потрясающая - очень вкусно, готовят достаточно быстро. Брали супы, мясо, пасту, шампиньоны, хачапури - все съедали до последней крошки. При этом счёт на семью из 4 человек был не больше 140-150 лари.

Заранее согласовывайте вид из окна, иначе молча дадут вид на вытяжку, запах отвратительный, постоянный гул. Ночью перестал работать кондиционер😣 невозможно спать, никак не могут отремонтировать, не реагируют. Очень расстроились.
