A good option for a stay for a couple of days in terms of price-quality ratio. There are no questions for the management company. Check-in and check-out were no problem, we were always in touch. Enough for the complex itself. There are clearly not enough elevators during peak hours, the audibility in the rooms is strong. There are tiles, but no hood.

I really liked the hotel. I will definitely stay there if I go to Batumi.

Great location, everything is within walking distance. The room is clean and beautiful. We were on the 42nd floor. The downside is that instant messengers are not linked to the phones indicated in the booking, so you have to call a local number while roaming.

The location is excellent, we arrived almost at 3 am, the key was at the reception, we settled in without any problems. the room has a washing machine, iron, the kettle did not work, but it was replaced. Everything is fine! Thank you

The host was very nice. We took the evening train to Batumi, so we arrived at the hotel before dawn. We were very tired. Fortunately, the host agreed to let us check in early in the morning. He was a very nice host. The room was also very clean and comfortable! Good reviews

It is extremely not recommended to stay in this hotel. The hotel service staff have extremely poor attitudes and make things difficult for guests. The reservation number and reference number presented are said to be in English if they cannot understand it! There is no phone in the room, the room leaks water, the quilt is dirty and damp and cannot be covered, the room is contracted by an individual! The front desk brought a POS machine privately to collect hotel fees for free, and brutally and violently knocked on the door to collect the money! The irresponsible handling at the front desk is unbelievable!

Worst experience I had. Scam also, as booking dot com automatically adds a 10 star rating for the stay without my approval. There are 3 skyscrapers, 50 floors each, 50 apartments on each floor. They have 3-4 functional elevators at any given time, it takes at least 30 minutes to reach your apartment ( we were on the 13th floor). The studio had broken door handles and locks, aluminum foil around the smoke detectors, mold in the shower, broken kitchen furniture. The staff there will always reply to reviews with “it was your fault for using the elevator when it’s peak time of the day”. Not sure how can that be an excuse. Also, the lobby in ground floor is so crowded, it looks like a fish market, awful. Garbage bins placed near the building, smells awful in the heat. No parking available inside the building or any parking near it. I had an anxiety attack trying to reach to the elevator with my kids.

The service very bad even the front desk of the 37th floor was very rude as he took more than the booking cost as we asked to have the two rooms at the same floor however he didn’t upgrade the room also he didn’t provide any amenties like towels or blankets also there is no washing machine in the room howevet it is from the room facilities . Wifi is not working as well the curtains fall down
