We were passing through and booked last minute. The reception was nice. Unfortunately, instead of a double room (which we had paid for) they given us a single room with 1 pillow and smol blanket, as well 1 towel ect. Dinner in restaurant was good, which cannot be said for the breakfast buffet. What surprised me most was that a cappuccino had to be paid separately, so not included in the breakfast, sincerly never hade this before Location of the hotel good.

Ein sehr schlechter Service mein Burger war halb Roh ich hab ihn zurück gehen lassen aber es kam keine Antwort zurück kann dieses Hotel nicht entfehlen sevice sehr unfreundlich und die Bedienung war naja ich sag mal lieber nichts dazu aber lieber meiden

Assenza di portierato...colazione abbiamo fatto notare che alcune cose non andavano ed il giorno dopo hanno un po aggiustato il tiro...Assenza di un luogo in cui sostare per attendere amici...una sola chiave della camera .. Insomma non è certo un 4 selle come si Frediano e cmql il costo è elevato per i servizi offerti
