The hotel exceeded expectations, particularly when it came to the accommodations. We stayed in a Master suite with an adjacent connected Junior suite, which was perfect for our family of five and provided convenient space for everyone.
**Check-in Experience**
The check-in process had some complications. Although we were charged for our stay several days before arrival, the front desk claimed they couldn’t locate the payment when we arrived. Despite showing them the charge on my card app, we had to pay again with a different physical card. Due to conflicting information from management about refund timelines, I ultimately had to file a dispute with my credit card company.
**Dining**
The food quality was excellent overall, though the dining experience had mixed results. The main buffet was outstanding and consistently satisfying. However, the specialty restaurants were disappointing for several reasons:
- Reservations were difficult to secure upon arrival
- The daily booking requirement was inconvenient
- Portion sizes were extremely small - more like appetizers than full meals
- After trying two restaurants, we found ourselves returning to the buffet like many other guests
**Entertainment**
The entertainment program needs significant improvement.
**Recommendation**
Despite the payment issues and restaurant limitations, the quality of the rooms stay was pleasant.
