There are 2 classes of VIP passengers and the others, the transportation is very bad for the others, they didn't even go for their suitcases.

Our host Edwin was excellent. He help guide us and answered every questions we had. Edwin also went out of his way to make a special birthday surprise memorable and reserved all of our dinner reservations The Grand Palladium resort was amazing!!

We met so may new friends. We checked in with Jaun who was absolutely amazing and was happy to help with anything we needed. Fernando, Sandra and Ruth at the Saona pool are the absolute best, we became friends in our last visit, and were very happy to see them again this year. Managers, Richard and Angel took care of our every need and made us feel special every single day. Carlos at El dorado was the best waiter, always happy and smiling. I truly hope I’m not forgetting anyone because every staff member made us feel very welcome!
