The concierge service offered to guest at the Reserve Paradisus Palma Real are impeccable. Basillo was our personal concierge Who arranged our daily events, from dinner reservations, providing suggestions for offsite excursions and ensured all that we needed for our stay happened effortlessly. He also checked in with us to make sure we were happy and was extremely efficient, attentive, and hospitable.

Ismael in the ginger bar was so helpful making us terrific tropical cocktails as we're all the waitresses they made us feel at home....my concierge Aeriol was absolutely terrific and over the top 5 star service all the way can't thank you enough your my reason for wanting to come back and we will come back for sure sooner than later.truly my best stay here in Punta Cana Ever and I've been Here six times I'm al.ost Dominican Now lol.

We have visited here 9x since 2011. It is in the Dominican Republic, a Spanish language country. We go there to relax, hence the spa reference. Also,download a translation app to aid in communicating . The people and workers work hard to make your stay enjoyable. Remember, you are in their country
