Terrible service
Don't even know where to start, but a few things: Tried to get contact with the hotel one month before arrival, but no answer on my e-mail. It was almost impossible to find the hotel since the name was something totally different than what was listed on **********. No toilet paper and when I went to the reception I got some without a word from the staff. Most annoying was the lack of service what so ever.

This is a very terrible stay. To start off we had arranged a driver with the hotel to pick us up and no one was there. No one was there during check-in, we had to wait over an hour to get in. They didn’t give us the wifi to our room. The place was very old, the doors didn’t work, the shower head was not working. The ladies in the front where very rude. This has been the worst experience ever. I do not recommend this hotel. Save your money.

Initially, the driver was unable to find the property and had to call to get directions. Once I arrived, the receptionist was on lunch, and I had to wait 30 minutes in the heat. Once the receptionist arrived at 2 pm, I was told the room was not ready and I had to wait another hour.

WORST EXPERIENCE IN LONG TIME
SCAM ALERT. At my arrival to the place, they did not have my reservation. After complaining and checking it (20minutes with this) they told me there were overbooking in the hotel and I had no room. After complaining of that they offered me a room in the building next to them. As I came for business I said ok, but experience was horrible. Dirty apartment. Balcony to AC machines. WiFi not working. AC not working properly. DO NOT GO.

My check in was refused by staff at this property I was left stranded in a foreign country and had to find other accommodations even though I had a confirmed reservation, that was paid for .the staff refused to talk to me or the booking agent, orbitz . She asked the driver “why did you bring them here?”Very disappointed

This property is perfect for the location where the beach is nearby, within walking distance. The staff was lovely and the hotel gave me all the basic necessities. My only complaint is the wifi is not great. I had to use my cellular data traveler's plan, which I usually do when I go out of the country. I am glad I booked here because I got to talk to one of the locals here, who explained and treated me amazingly. I would definitely recommend visiting the gift shop right next to this hotel. The owner really has a passion for helping tourist enjoy their vacation here in the Dominican Republic to the fullest.

Be careful with reserving this property through *******. Upon arriving, I was told that ******* did not forward the reservation to the property manager, and that there was no vacancy. It was quite nerve wracking, but the gentlemen at the front desk helped me find a place to stay.
