The majestic elegance is beautiful!!! Very clean, rooms are very nice.
The average rating was because we paid extra for “Elegance club” adult only. This was our 29th anniversary and we wanted it to be kid free. We searched for a hotel that had adult only amenities. When we showed up at the hotel they told us those rooms were sold out in the adult only section. That was disappointing since we paid for that section. We were still able to use the amenities but they were two buildings away. We booked months in advance so that was disappointing. They did give us a voucher for $200.00. To be used towards a $360.00 massage. But we would have loved the room in adult only section instead. The drinks were great! The food average. Entertainment average. The staff-some were great but I would say around 90% don’t even acknowledge you with even a hello. Overall though the place is beautiful! The pools are well maintained and had a great vacation overall.

Nice property with friendly staff. Pools and grounds are upkept and clean. Food is good at buffet and restaurants. Coming back for sure.

Very old, one obviously can see mold at the corner of toilet door. I noticed server getting out of toilet without washing her hand, I’ve got stomach upset and it is my fifth day of being sick. Food quality was very low. I don’t recommend anyone going there. Almost all servers didn’t know a word in English. You can tell the focus of staff training is on saying “hi” and being friendly. Entertainment was ok.

This is a 3 star hotel, not 5. Rooms not clean, food service not clean caused dysentery for several people traveling with us. Your website and hotel website do not clearly highlight the big difference between family and adult club stay. There are many restrictions that caused confusion.
