Hotel Punto4

Unsanitary accommodation, I had paid for 2 nights and stayed only one, although I exchanged with him to get a refund he did not accept. I was woken up at 7:00 am by noises because he was doing work in the hotel.no light in the shower, the shower tap you have to keep it in your hand.. No fan or air conditioning, an unpleasant smell and let's not talk about mosquitoes. To top it all off, the gentleman doesn't care

I felt completely insecure. That link of place should not be offered.

Danger the owner punch the guests evrything there is broken and Dirty No AC Bad Internet this Hotel is the badest Hotel in my life (Danger this is not a Joke) Nothing at this Hotel is good ants and Kakerlaken In the bed The owner gives his new Customer used sope and Dirty blakes. Property owner was very rude about having guest over and threaten us with a machete knife If we did not leave his property very unprofessional and very scary. I thought me and my friends were going to lose our life that night…

This is not a luxury place. You see an AC unit in pictures, but look at the fine print and you will see AC is not included... cost an extra $9 a day for AC. Shower was a hose out of a wall with no head or hot water. AC didnt work in the room at first, had to step outside. But later worked in room intermittenly. They only offer to clean every other day. Roads in are dirt and with puddles. Great economy spot, but you get what you pay for... good corner store close by, walking distance to Friusa bus station. Most people in the area speak Hatian Creole. Bars/clubs not too far... great for a random pick up when you cant bring them to your resort. Better to pay cash, guy said i paid 86 when i paid 120... guess he thought i kept his advertising/transaction fees. Owned by a Spanard Expat... seemed cool but barely anyone there that speaks even Spanish most of the day let alone English. He shared that its mostly used by staff from the resorts that live far away. I would stay again, but I dont mind roughing it, lived in Cuba for 2 years and this type of place is the norm at this price range.
