I have stayed at the Super 8 many times and was very satisfied. But this time it was cold, we turned heat to 80 and still did not warm up, so we were very unhappy. Also showered and went to blow dry my hair and the hair blower did not work

Heater was noisy. Thermostat didn’t work. Staff was babysitting. Grounds outside were littered with trash.

Nothing in the room i stayed in worked properly. Shower head was broken, coffee maker didnt work, sink and shower drain plugs were stuck

It was convenient location and close to where we wanted to eat. Close to the shopping areas.

Poor experience:
Desk lamp and power outlets did not work and bathroom walls were dirty.
Television would not stay turned off. Had to move a cabinet to unplug the power cord. Management was aware of the problem but had not replaced the television.
Two neighboring rooms had guests return 2 am slamming doors, talking loudly, and playing music in the hallway. We called management to quite them. My wife felt it was a unsafe situation.
There was an abandoned RV in the parking lot. Management was aware of it.
Recommend you find another hotel that is better maintained and managed.

Overall, good value for the money. The parking lot was packed with service trucks at night, at least. Nothing else to complain about.

Noisy staff hitting door and walls at all hours of the night will never stay there again I left early and then got doubled charged now Being told no refund very rude manager that actually hung up on me after telling me no refund me and yelling at me and went though ******* which is not helping either so t use either ever again your better to do sleeping in your car then there

It had a terrible smell as soon as you walked into the lobby. I was then given a room that hadn't been cleaned. I went to the Holiday Inn down the road.
