Fantastic hotel with great service. We were greeted at the front desk by Emily N. She was very patient and knowledgeable about our check-in process. Emily guided us through the process with kindness and professionalism. The hotel was beautiful and our room was clean and well decorated. The pool was fantastic and the service was 10 out of 10. This hotel is a must.

Hotel Rooms, Service and the Staff are all 5 Stars. We stayed on the concierge 5th floor. Called the Stone Harbor Club and It was great !! Breakfast and small bites all day!!! The only complaint I have is petty but have to write about it. I find it insulting how they can charge u $8 for melted one small scoop of ice cream in a cup at Beaches and Cream!!!

Pros: Proximity to Epcot. If you plan on visiting Epcot, you cannot beat the location. It’s less than a 5 minute walk to International Gateway and the Skyliner. Beds were comfortable. Cons: I hated this hotel! Lobby is chaotic and in major need of an update. Doesn’t come close to comparing to other Disney deluxe hotels that we’ve stayed at. The entire hotel just has an outdated feel. Our room was worn with wallpaper peeling. Shower was broken and horrible! You couldn’t get full pressure because it was stuck half coming out of the tub faucet. We had a water view room which overlooked the pool making it very noisy. Room only had a partial balcony, it was about 12 inches deep, room for one to stand only. For over $600/night, I expected this to be much nicer. I’ll stick with Poly or Wilderness next time. This place was not worth the cost.

We stayed here in July 2025. Check in was not great due to temporary construction and a lack of staff to diver us towards reception. Room was pretty and we had a nice garden view. We ate at most of the quick and character restaurant's and food was okay. We purchased food from marketplace to eat in the gardens most lunchtimes, this was spoiled daily with the banging and noise from the construction, thankfully it did not disturb our sleep. We did not enjoy the storm along bag pool, it was wild and so busy, I choose the hotel for the pool for my kids, we were very underwhelmed, and choose the quieter pools to escape the craziness. I did not feel the Disney magic here, location was great.

We had a great 4 day stay at The Beach Club. We received a pixie dust upgrade to Harbour Club and the staff there were so welcoming and helpful - food was also very good! The pool is amazing - we visited on a busy Easter weekend so it was hard to get a bed at the pool but we had a great time in the pool, lazy river and slide when we came back for a break from the park. We also had dinner at Ale and Compass which had excellent service and fresh food that made a nice change from the normal fried theme park offerings.

We had a blast at the Beach Club! We travelled for Spring Break in April with our 8 and 4 year olds. The room with the fifth sleeper worked well for us as our kids are not used to sleeping together. Room service was wonderful cleaning the room each day while we were out, we found everything to be clean and the in-room mini fridge to be a good size for our grocery order. The pool was fantastic, our 8 year old made it a point to let us know he rode the water slide 24 times one day and he also loved the hot tubs. The life guards are very vigilant and they provide life vests for the little ones which is a nice plus. The poolside Hurricane Hannah’s was great for drinks and quick lunches. We found the Cape May character breakfasts to be one of the highlights of our trip. The breakfast buffet had wonderful options and the characters were interactive and made sure they came by each table and spent time with all the kids. The proximity to boardwalk, yacht club, Epcot and Hollywood studios is such a plus. We’d recommend this resort to anyone!

Our holiday was spoilt due to the location of our room, which is apparently beneath the VIP lounge. Every night at around 1am me, my wife and 3 kids were woken up by banging and crashing noises which continued for around an hour. Then on the penultimate night of our stay it sounded like an extra fan on at full blast through our air vent. When we complained about this we were offered ear plugs! It’s a shame as the hotel is in a great location and the staff are for the most part extremely helpful, but the lack of sleep and noise from the room above really affected our holiday. If you stay here avoid room 4648!!!!

Not a great stay , Disney is usually awesome but since it was spring break things may have been out of their control. Definitely not worth the club level price . Waiting to hear back from management ethos stay.

You would think that a hot shower these days could be easily provided for the money Disney charges for their resorts. Not at the Beach Club. Every morning I had to take an at best lukewarm shower. They also have installed motion sensors on the AC thermostat. You cannot put the temp lower than 68 and it'll blow out cold air ONLY if you are moving so for sleepwalkers this isn't a problem. The room gets very warm at night and we stayed in February. I did buy some electrical tape and covered the sensor but it still got warm so there must be an additional restriction to cold air actually blowing. We've stayed at the Yacht Club and Caribbean Beach. Yacht Club was great. I'd definitely stay there over Beach Club

Great resort and pool. Always the staff very friendly and helpful. The only negative was we used VDC points for resort view. When I got to the room had a view of a road and traffic. Also the Disney experience app took us to the wrong area.

Our room was robbed of cash in my wallet and that of an 8 year old. In total they took about $300 cash and clearly went through our bags and drawers. Though the value of the robbery was small, it is extremely disappointing. The part that makes me especially sad is that a Disney employee went though what is clearly a child’s backpack into a child’s wallet to steal $60 of allowance money - simply heartless! We stayed on the club level, would not stay here again and do not recommend this hotel.

5 of us stayed at resort for 5 nights with dining plan. Room fitted us with three teenagers but your not in there much. Love being near two parks and nice hotel and pool and slide was now open. Early access and not so much extended hours were good love you can walk, mono, boat to parks others a cab or bus.. for me only could this on dining place as so expensive to eat. Yachtsman amazing but expensive beaches and cream too much food but fun. Only downside was not enough refillable drink places and getting a bed round pool no chance but would love to go back in a few years.

Needs free fast pass back. So it was hot and busy, but it's July and school hols so that was expected. But, we last went pre Covid when they did the free fast pass for 3 rides a day (if you booked), what a disaster to stop that. Spent ages queuing for some rides, over an hour was common. I know it's down to Disney greed but if you are paying to stay on Disney (14 thousand pounds for the 4 of us) you really should't need to pay another bunch of cash to go on the rides. I calculated that to use the now pay for fast pass would have added another thousand pounds to the holiday. So, still Disney, still some great restaurants, but queue or get saving even more !

Disney’s Beach Club certainly is worth it! Great service from the staff. Housekeeping did a good job and the valet staff was always on top of things. Went on morning walks daily right before sunrise before heading out to the parks. The relaxed ambiance of this hotel is wonderful and I appreciate the staff for all they do to provide this experience for guests. It goes without saying that the pool here is one of the best at Disney. Food choices at the resort are plenty since Yacht Club is attached. If you’re on the fence about choosing Beach Club, I think you’ll be glad you chose this resort.

I have been to Walt Disney World over thirty times. I love it and always stay at WDW resorts because I believe it makes the entire stay more magical. This trip was planned to celebrate my parents’ 44th anniversary. I have never complained about any hotel here that we have stayed at. YThis has been my worst stay. Upon arrival, the construction level and disruption was unparalleled to anything we have ever experienced. There was no organization to the makeshift front area where valet and bell services had to do their jobs. This was not their fault. They were doing the best with what they had. It was completely unsightly and I wish this was told us before we booked because I never would’ve chosen this resort. An email with a couple weeks warning doesn’t suffice. When we arrived in the lobby, it reminded me more of Penn Station. People lingering with no where to go. Some sitting on the ground with their bags. There was one mother who laid out a blanket in the middle of the lobby and laid her two twin infants down to nap. Granted I know her room probably wasn’t ready, but this seemed inappropriate for the lobby of a deluxe resort. Some accommodation should’ve been offered to her so she didn’t take up an entire area. When we got to our room on the third floor above the pool area, the smell of kitchen grease was overwhelming. As soon as we opened the doors to our balcony, the smell overtook our entire room. They changed our room for us, but it put my parents and me on opposite sides of the hotel. This trip was supposed to bring us together and being so far apart made things difficult. The pool was chaotic. People reserving chairs to never return. Debris and garbage floating in the pool. Long incredible waits for food and drinks. It seemed like the hotel was understaffed. The situation that pushed me over the edge was when a woman at the pool reserved 5 chairs and we asked if my daughter could have one of her chairs to sit and eat her lunch and she rudely declined. When I confronted her on this, she told me I was a bad mother. I do want to mention that Jayden from the Yacht Club staff at the pool restaurant was wonderful. He helped my parents with directions and again was very kind at the pool restaurant. I’m giving the review 2 stars because they did give us a $100 credit for our experience, but I do want to warn others that this resort left us not only underwhelmed, but disappointed. I don’t want other families to make the same mistake in booking this hotel, especially while it’s under construction. It made my parents anniversary trip memorable, but definitely not in a good way.
