Reviews of Econtel Hotel

The best thing of this hotel is the strategic location, just beside the Queensbay Mall and i booked it since I want to join Pantai Marathon, 850m from the starting line and many choice for food. The downside is it is not cheap as I pay more than RM180 for a very very small room. The room just fulfilled the basic needs.

the room size small but still fine. Bedding is comfortable to sleep. I chosen this Hotel as is located near my branch office, walking distant.

Econtel hotel is worsen hotel I’ve been checked in using Trip.com. Amenities so bad. No signal for TV. No coverage signal for internet service. Shower water flow is like 2 years old boy take a pee. Price is more expensive from Chariton Hotel Bukit Mertajam. Amenities is not same as review. Receptionist counter also with bad attitudes. Her face shows not welcome to customer. Trip.com, highly appreciate if your side do not sent to me this kind of hotel in the future.

Good location and hotel room is clean

The hotel room water heater is spoilt.. and the water pressure is low and it is disaster to stay there

It's a walk-up shoplot type hotel. Water pressure are low in my room and I force to use the toilet bum spray for shower. Sticky floor, smelly aircond and yellowish bath towel.

Fair enough

The location is very convenient to access to convenience stores and eaters. However the cleanliness and exhaust ventilation of the hotel need to be improved and at least one receptionist should be around and not ask customer to call upon check-in or check-out
